I've used VentraIP web hosting services for close to year now and can't fault them. This is a decent deal for new customers. They're an Australian based business (Melbourne I believe) - so better and more reliable then an international host (IMO) For existing users, looks like there's going to be a renewal offer in November.

    Not sure as I never transferred over. I can say their customer support is very good so that will help.

    If it is a cPanel website, it will be very easy to do the hosting swap. The domain name depends on who it is registered with..

      I'm not sure about cPanel. It's a Linux hosting plan with cheapDomain and the website is down in WordPress

  Another happy customer here too. Tech support is very good! Needed some backend things enabled for SEO on my site the other day. Was sorted within 30 seconds.

  Wouldn't recommend, my site kept going down constantly for weeks and they couldn't work out why. Moved and no issues at the new housing provider… But I've had plenty of others talk highly about them so maybe I'm a minority
