    Damn it. All these people with no dead pixels. I'm always the lucky one. I've had to RMA 2 monitors in the past for dead pixels and now I have one on this

    I sent a message to the seller about what my options are with a dead pixel and they haven't replied

      That sucks, I know how you feel mate, I previously got one with 3 dead pixels and returned it, mine should arrive tomorrow and I am still a bit concern, dead pixels seems to be very common on this monitor

      I received mine last week and just set it up. Have noticed one dead pixel as well. Did you receive a response from the seller? I will have to message them too.

        Nope, they haven't responded.

        I also have another issue which I have also sent them a message about.

        At least once a day the screen goes black for a few seconds, I've never had that happen with any of the monitors I've connected to this PC

            @nfs1: They're responding quite regularly now. I'm still in 2 minds about returning over 1 dead pixel as the replacement might be worse.

            They said they can open up the replacement if I agree to check for dead pixels.

              @chromium: Yep, I just received a response today. But I am actually thinking the same. I had already set mine up. I barely notice the dead pixel and it’s also going to be a bit of effort to pack it up and send it back. I would also be without a monitor for a while if I did send it back.

    Well I haven't received mine but they sent me this message via eBay messages.

    Dear customer,

    Sorry for the delay.
    Your order has been dispatched.
    And our warehouse team is currently updating all the tracking number for order from eBay promotion.

      I have a feeling they might have ran out, they had the same promo in their own website and and the ebay plusflash sale. That ebay listing now says 700+ units sold. They might be dropshipping… which I hope that is not the case. Either that or its held at the border due lockdown issues

    Yet to receive my monitor (Sydney CBD) that was expected last Friday. Yesterday I sent 2 support requests for a tracking ID and they haven't replied. I should have ordered from Mobileciti.

    Extremely poor service. Atleast communicate and don't ignore customers.

    Just cancelled my order. Never recieved a tracking number even though it was marked as sent on the 14th. Contacted the seller, never got a response. Gave more than enough time for handling and postage. Meh.

    Got mine finally, the shipping out date was yesterday the 20th oct. So it looks like they did run out and had to wait for a new batch.

    Got no pixel, but notice the height of the display with the stand is not even. Left side is about 1cm lower, dunno why, but I am going to use a monitor arm so I can live with it , anyone has the same?

      Yep the left side is 1-2cm lower on mine and there is no tilt function on the stand.

        Dunno if this is their design fault or just individual issue. So wired that I can’t see why it is lower in one side, the stand looks straight

          The swivel where its holding it up is twisted slightly for me. The swivel bit is that part that is attached to the height slider.

    Only just got the tracking number and is apparently scheduled to arrive today via startrack although its already 6pm. Tracking says they only shipped it out on Tuesday the 20th

    Got tracking, should arrive today but I don't think it will fit in the parcel locker, so will need to pick up from the depot which is closed fire pick up and is more than 25k away…

    Tried to get it redirected but StarTrack said only the seller could redirect the parcel which is frustrating.

      No way it will fit in a parcel locker. I accidentally ordered using my parcel locker address, then cancelled and reordered with my home address. It arrived Friday

        Yeah i don't think it will either. I was in the process of moving last week so was unsure where I'd be when it got delivere. I put it tonthe parcel locker with the thought of directing it when it dispatchrd was going to, but that didn't work out
