    I'd like to purchase a few things from Big W, but half the items are click and collect only, the other half delivery only. Checkout says NO, defeating the purpose of a single spend. And what is with the $9 each item postage?

    Anyone having issues with the SAVE10 promo code?

    I have over $100 in cart, but keep getting: Please enter a Valid Promotion Code

    I do have a Game in my cart but it only states CONSOLES are excluded and everything is in stock, so no preorders.

      I think it has to be $110 spend to actually work… that’s what I found anyway. $49 of my cart is gaming and at $102 the code wouldn’t apply a discount. But at $112 it works.

        Same with $200 only works around $225 + .
        No wonder these guys are having problems .
        Has to be spend $100 or $200 total after discount code .

        Nice to know it wasn't just me having issues… I had a $110 spend and didn't work. Tried a random addition and it worked. So just found something else cheap that I needed anyway. Ended up with $118 spend down to $108 to get discount. Then had several issues checking out with payment screen not loading, then address issues for billing followed by credit card issue. 🤦‍♂️

        Finally got it to checkout but wasted half my evening trying to get it all to work.

        I think their devs need to review their checkout process and big w to review their promo $10 off for $100 spend should be just that, otherwise changing it to $10 off $111+ spend…

    I found for the $100 promo code, you need it to total at least $101 before discount. Once the code is applied, you can then remove the additional items to reduce your total spend.

    I have a similar issue but with a twist.. spent $111, applied the code, eligible for free shipping yet my total was (still) $111. Tried checking out with PayPal and it stated $111 due. Anyone here had the same experience?

    Working on Apple items and consoles currently if you add anything else over $25 to the cart and use the SAVE25 coupon, applies $50 off to the whole cart.
