Just came across this promo code. Says it's available from 19 December 2020 but I was able to get it working on any item except those excluded. Also works on non ebay plus items. It's not a lot but it's better than nothing!

Conditions. The offer entitles eBay Plus members to 3% off the purchase price (excluding postage costs) on Eligible Items listed on www.ebay.com.au, with a minimum spend of $30 and up to a maximum discount of $1000 per transaction. Multiple items may be purchased in 5 transactions (up to a maximum of 10 items per transaction).

      You know it’s just eBay trying to justify its $30 membership fee but to get $30 back you’d have to spend $1,000. Which would benefit ebay charging seller fees at more than 8% so they’re winning. As for the customers, sort of like moths to a flame. They’re just gonna get burnt.

        Don't forget you would normally get 2% back from shop back so that is an extra $10 back for spending $1000.
