Shopback have landed a monster of a cashback deal for Amazon! Haven't seen 12% for a while so this is definitely worth waiting for!

  • 12.00% Cashback only eligible for purchases between 5.00pm to 6.00pm AEDT

      I tried to report missing cashback, and after selecting "Amazon Flash Sale" as the merchant, the wizard states Amazon Flash Sale needs 2 days to track your purchase. Please come back after 29 November 2020 to check again!

    My ZIP payment finally processed from Pending with the 10% discount now reflecting. Was for the Quest 2. Processed just before it shipped like others have stated.

    Shopback tracked for $92 for the $845 S20FE Samsung.?
    I made it out to be $101.40 cashback at 12%??

    Ironically, my other $51 purchase tracked correctly at $6.12

      It's probably due to GST. $845 ex GST is $768.18 and 12% of that is $92.18. Still doesn't explain why your $51 received $6.12 back, unless it doesn't include any GST.

    The tracking has just come through. Bought 4 items, 3 came up as 'Amazon Flash Sale', and 1 came up as 'Amazon Australia' with a dollar amount no where near the 12%??? Looks like a support claim will be in order.

        $15 is still not 12% of $270 (minus GST). Calculated the total of the order without GST. Cashback should have been $129.36. I got $107. Short $22.

    Had a tracked order at $520, and only got just $1.38 on the cashback (which is 12% of the cheaper $11 item and not the $509 item)?
    Don't even know why I still bother with these cashbacks, I don't think either Shopback or Cashrewards have ever just worked without any issue.

    Second item not yet tracked as it hasn’t been shipped yet.

    Missus had several items in her purchase. Items only tracked when they are shipped - will see about the rest of the items.

    Bought an S20 FE5G for my wife, used SB for the first time and Zip pay for the extra $50.

    Amazon has it as shipped, Zip pay has the sale tracked and the $50 credited but nothing from SB yet. Not to worried, but after reading some of the problems with these guys…

    I'm a long time Cash Rewards guy, but signed up to SB for this deal lol.

    I just received the notification for the last item of my three part order, it was over 2 hours since the first 2 items tracked. They obviously have thousands of items to process, just need to be patient. 🙂.

    Looks like mine got tracked. I received no email, but it randomly appeared on my account (and the time is listed as 0:00 for some reason).
    Hopefully Shopback doesn't decline it for some reason.
    EDIT: Just got the email now. I guess I saw it on my account straight after it was added.

      ??? Paid with Amazon giftcard/credit thing and its just tracked to some numbers I can't figure the maths on. Did multiply by 10/11 to exclude gst, then x12% but dunno how I can't get the numbers right.

      Edit: OHhhh. for some reason my payment with gift card didn't get full 10% GST taxed… Does anyone know why? Did the government gives lower GST to 5% to celebrate black Friday??? Very niceeeee

      Edit 2: Ahh apparently shopback the GST is only shown for products sold by amazon itself, not the third parties. That's nice coz shopback doesn't know. LOL

    We have investigated and found that the merchant has deemed ShopBack ineligible to earn commissions on this transaction which results in us being unable to pass the Cashback along to you.

    None of my purchases tracked. Anyone else? Is cashrewards superior?

      I got the same reply. None of my purchases were tracked which is very annoying. I specifically planned for this but didn't get any cashback…
