    I had to cancel and reorder as I didn't realise a promo credit had been applied. Amazon checkout page said I was making a duplicate purchase of what I'd ordered a minute ago so I closed it, waited for the cancellation to be fully processed, and reordered through SB.. How likely is it that this will affect cashback :s Especially if multiple cashbacks per account aren't permitted..

      Yep me too. This was a complete clusterf*** of a deal from Shopback in terms of clarity. I ended up having 3 separate orders with 3 cancellations!

      Hopefully I get something through. I screen recorded my whole order for proof for Shopback if need be.

    It comes up as "promotion" but its just free shipping, I don't have prime.

        Same. Bought 5 items, still no sign of tracking for any of them in ShopBack…. Used a fresh tab, in a vm with default windows 10 browser and zero add-ons & they were the last click and there was nothing in the cart, so will wait a bit, but if doesn't track eventually I'll never use ShopBack again.

    I can see the order under my Amazon Orders being successful. Hopefully it's just a back log of orders.

    Note to self, always use Zip pay for multiple smaller purchases instead of one big one. Zip declined on all 5 items in the order but works when updating payment method with 5x one time cards… Nothing tracked in Shopback either. Good guy Amazon/Zip decided to inform me of the declined payments well after the 6pm deadline :)

      Yeah this deal is kinda make or break, if it doesn't track I'm deleting my account with them. I get a daily spam email courtesy of the data leak so that's a constant reminder of their failure..
