Deal starts 12:00am January 1. Ends 11:59pm January 1 or when sold out prior.

  • Ordered the H80 on Fri 1st @ 10:30am, just arrived this morning. Happy with product, delivery with tracking and service!

  • i got mine yesterday afternoon

  • ordered on the 1st it arrived 40 minutes ago here in adelaide but they delivered it to my neighbour. i had to call them (Freight Express) and get a picture of the delivery sent to my email.

just walked up to their door and took it. now i know how easy it is to steal packages lol. delivery was free but cmon…

  • My monitor tilts left/right depending on how far forward/back i pivot the arm. Is there any way to tweak this or is this normal?

    • You can tighten the bit that is pivoting on you. I’m assuming yours is just a bit too loose.

      • I think it's just that the arm sags more/less depending on how far forward/back it is, thus making the monitor more/less tilted.
The monitor rotation itself is sturdy and fine

        • Sound like you need to tighten the other middle part of the arm and ratchet the tension up a notch. Either that or you have not got the BASE of the monitor steady enough. I'm just a bit confused about how the monitor can tilt left and right depending on how forward or back it goes.

          • @danielh: Hmm, check it out, my setup: https://ibb.co/HnDBpxL
You can see the slant left / right depending on how far forward it is

Adjusted both torque points and nothing works - one adjusts the tilt up/down, and the other adjusts the height so it doesn’t spring back up if I push it down… am I missing something?

            • @KeplersLaws: Ok, so I contacted Screenmounts and they were incredibly helpful.
They suggested this is largely normal behaviour and that I give the central pivot (not the torque adjustment points) a spray with WD/silicone spray. This is referring to that central circular point on the VESA mount, behind the monitor, itself (partially obscured)

This won't solve the issue, but effectively mitigate the issue - the pivot will tilt left/right easier so I can manually compensate it with my hands more freely whenever I choose to move the monitor closer to my face.
