            • @moony: hahaha wow they made a big mistake, can you pm me your chat ref so i can match it. Thank you

  • Nice, can stack with Big W eGift cards!

  • is it much better than M720?

    • Like gourmet parmasean vs kraft sliced cheese. Having said that, some people do like sliced cheese, including me. I own a M720 which I handed down to the daughter but I still enjoy using it from time to time. I like how it's less slanted compared to the MXs.

I bought this mouse to use with mspaint thanks OP

  • I only play League of Legends, currently using $20 Microsoft mouse been wanting to upgrade. Would this mouse be good for Leagee players?

    • +2

Better than a microsoft mouse but you are better of getting an actual gaming mouse - I use the mx master exclusively as a productivity mouse. You might find its a bit heavy for gaming.

  • How does this go for photo editing and so you need a decent mousepad? I've been annoyed with the track pad on my new laptop so tempted to go to a mouse.

    • +2

It doesn't need a good mouse pad - although it might be your preference to use one. It works perfectly well on pretty much all solid surfaces. This is a mouse that you palm which makes it comfortable - but it might not be the best if you're trying to make drawing movements with the mouse - otherwise it will work perfectly well.

  • Is this a vertical mouse? It kinda looks like a vertical mouse from the angle of the photo

    • +1

Not a vertical mouse. It is a somewhat tall ergonomic shape that fits into the cup of your hand

  • OOS? Can't add to cart.

    • Still in stock.

      • Add button disabled for me.

        • Try a different browser or clear your cookies from Big W.

  • I wish these would come for lefties as well

  • Finally got to place an order before it ran out :), Thanks OP.

  • I already ordered one.

Can still at it to my cart on my end, likely they've added more stock?

    • nope. can't add here.

  • I can no longer add to cart. Luckily I ordered earlier. :)

  • Already got one for work.. must resist getting one for home too. amazing mice!

  • Can anyone advise whether you can use vertical and horizontal scroll wheels at the same time on the MX3 for fluid movement like you can with a track ball?

I had the Logitech Ergo trackball mouse for years and liked it as you didn’t need to move it on the desk. Helped my trap muscle pain. I’ve recently gone to a vertical mouse and the pain is back

I don’t game, but do many hours in the office, particularly on Excel

  • One issue with the MX series that bugs me. I have MX Keys & MX 3 and expected I would be able to alternate between two PCs simply by pressing the PC select button on the keyboard. In fact this doesn't work, you have to press the select buttons on both the mouse and the keyboard when swapping between PCs, the kb and mouse are not smart enough to follow each other. It's a small annoyance but worth mentioning. Forums suggest this is unlikely to be addressed with the current hardware but future models will probably work. I know they have Flow but it's choppy and not as practical.

    • +1

Why would you expect a keyboard to hot swap between computers and bring the mouse with it? They are two independent peripherals with their own dedicated buttons and independent Bluetooth connections.

      • Each to their own. I'm just saying that if you Google this issue you will find that the general expectation was that the flagship Logitech kb and mouse would be better integrated and follow each other from one pc to another when using the dongles. This is not the case, putting it out there in case anyone didn't know

        • Maybe in another iteration in the future they might do something like that, but it'll be a fair while before that happens I think. They'll run these two into the ground until it's time to push out something new.

    • +1

If you're using windows then you can use either the Logitech software, or any of the other input sharing softwares to do this (input director, mouse without borders, etc). Alternatively, you can put the dongle into a USB switcher (like a KVM but just USB). Personally I use the last solution as I have multiple computers to switch between and a wired keyboard.

      • Some good tips there, thanks. One of the PC's here is a work PC so can't install software which limits options, will look into the USB switcher though

  • Got my order cancelled from Big W Rockdale, apparently they had a glitch in website which showed inaccurate stock.. However was able to PB from OW (Digi direct) roughly around the BigW price.

    • My order in Adelaide was also cancelled.
Rep called and stated there was a glitch and after checking, no stores had stock in hand.

    • Same here. OW PB to the rescue…. I hope.

  • Hmmm mine's still awaiting processing…

Edit Just called the store I was meant to pick it up from and asked what the hold up was and they had trouble finding it…So order is likely to get cancelled. GG

  • +1

So my order was also cancelled for BIG W Campsie so tried to pricematch with officeworks.
Apparently they changed their prices so you can order from them for $119

    https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/logitech-m…

  • Nice. Saved 20c.

Edit: Seem to be getting an error when I make payment…

*Edit Edit: Called Officeworks and apparently there's an issue with their checkout system. They're aware of it and will try to get it back up soon…(up to maybe 1 hour)

    • That seems strange the payment won't go through. I paid through the price match team on the phone so if it doesn't work again try that.

      • All good now. I just got my order processed. I'm really hoping they actually have stock though…It's a low stock item at my nearest Officeworks.
