        You can reorder it and return the blue one as long as its not open.
        However they do take 1-2months to process the refund. Return shipping is free but need to call in to get a consignment note.

    If it has moved past stage 1 into preparing shipping then they cannot cancel the order. However you can return it for free once you receive it, albeit the refund process takes 1-2months to receive the money back into your account.

  I'm using my S21 Ultra from the last 2 weeks, the battery life isn't too impressive at all. I barely manage to get through the day (16 hours) out of full charge. But I came from Redmi Note 9 Pro that easily lasted me 2 days.

  Did anyone notice RAM usage on S21 Ultra….! I am using S21 Ultra 512GB which has 16GB RAM, and without having any App running in the background, and after cleaning the memory in Device Care setting, it still shows RAM usage of 5.7GB which goes upto 9GB+ with a few Apps opened in the background. Thats a bit too much. I wonder how this is being managed in S21 & S21+, which have only 8GB RAM…..!

    Probably have AI optimization going on behind. Since you have plenty of room, the AI tend to go a bit overboard to ram caching? So you’ll have seamless multi tasking? On my pixel 5, it always sit around 5 to 6gb, so it will always leave some room for “expansion”. When I was on my pixel 3 xl, the ram always hovering near capacity (that is the sign when you need to upgrade to newer phone with more ram).

  I bought S21Ultra at Samsung store Sydney. the phone is great. but it is dead in 10 days BY ITSELF!. Then i want to get a repair, this is what i get from Samsung reply.

  "Thank you for reaching us here at Samsung.

  Our technicians have had the chance to assess your Samsung device.

  As a result, our technicians have confirmed a major manufacturing fault, in this instance as the fault is considered major I am able to offer you three remedies. "

  These three remedies are very minimal, each taking more than 20 business days. my experience with other phone brands are "if it is a major fault, you get exchange new phone within 4 days."

  I am so disappointing. i paid in Jan and i cannot use my phone probably until mid of March.

    If you have only had your phone under 30 days. You are covered by ACL to have a replacement and not required to have it sent off for repair. I had my s20 ultra die 15 days after receiving and was given a replacement unit as it fell within the 30 days

      I was told that repair is quicker than replacement but it is taking forever now.

        I got it on the spot, the agent their tested the unit. Mine wouldn't charge or turn on and was given a brand new one as they had stock while my old one was sent off. Cant imagine ever a repair is quicker than a replacement

          @Thunder-Wombat: that is ridiculous… did you buy it from Samsung store or other branches like JBHIFI?
          My phone is now under review by Samsung professional case managers which takes 14 business days and it takes 1 week to ship from Sydney to them.
