I got the launch Xbox Series X and have zero desire to get PS5 at the moment. With game pass, I know I won't have time to play anything else anyway.
Plus, don't really care much for "next gen" titles either. Currently playing Sekiro and smooth frame rate on a great title like this is more than enough to keep me happy. Don't care for ray tracing etc.
Market dictates me Bud and all most want is PS5 probably with past experiences of the companies . They don't care what is best now .

Gamepass is good. It does impact on PS5 sales, but also to xbox sales. People can simply benefit the gamepass on their PC, and decided to go for PS5 for console gaming.

Will repeat the same comment on the last post that I put up yesterday…Can confirm what a few of the other comments have been saying. Casually went into my local JB today (Top Ryde, NSW) and asked what their stock of the Series X is like. Staff said they have been getting dribs and drabs and are allowed to sell stock on request but they aren't advertising it. They had three left so I picked up one. He also mentioned that with the purchase there was a 40% discount on game pass so I also picked up 3 months.
EB Games in Melbourne are getting Xbox Series X deliveries today. Call your local one and find out when the truck is due. They're not taking phone orders: it's first in, best dressed.
Call around JBs in your local area. I called a few and one guy was kind enough to have a look at other stores through their system and check which ones have stock. Managed to snag one this morning that way.
They had it at Macquarie Centre EB games yesterday.
