TP was running low. you're my ass saver thanks!

  • Link is being weird.

  • Not working for me. Everytime I click the link, takes me to amazon home page

  • Thanks OP. :)

  • never used this before.. but its only 140 sheets…
i guess it's thicker so you use less, but do you find a roll runs out quickly?

i always use double length which is 360 sheets cause i hate changing rolls.

    • lol you are right, it runs out really quickly than i expected. But i still prefer 4-ply tissue

    • For me, one pack of this lasts about a month, about the same as the Coles So Soft 24 pack for 8.50 which I normally get. Its 4 dollars a month difference.

(Actually, come to think of it, its probably more like six weeks? But I don't do the TP accounting that accurately)

As in you use 30 rolls a month?! 1 roll a day?!

  • My favourite!

I just ordered the 3-ply yesterday but I still ordered this.

Technically cheaper if you use SB 5% gift card for eBay, then eBay plus and buy from Coles. But what a mess that is.

    • +1

Could need TP for that mess

I actually started using Who Gives A Crap toilet paper - doesn't weigh on my conscience as much.

Until you realise it's shipped from China…

    • +2

Gotta say I stayed in a hotel that used these once… maybe they bought the cheapest 2 ply but I needed to use double that of standard bog roll to avoid rips.

Also, shipping from China really wipes out all environmental claims the brand makes…

  • same price as coles without SS: $2.75 for 6 roll

    Kleenex puppy is better

  • Can't set up "Subscribe and Save" ("internal error')

    • Sold out, if they are price matching Coles, the price will last til next Tuesday, it might come back in stock before it ends.

  • Won't add it to cart for some reason.

Nice, this is cheaper than the 3 ply $20 for 45 rolls deal.

    3-ply, 45 rolls, 180 sheets per roll = 24300 layers for $20 (0.08231 cents per layer)
    4-ply, 30 rolls, 140 sheets per roll = 16800 layers for $13.75 (0.08185 cents per layer)

I know you can use 3 sheets of 3-ply (9 layers) for a single #2 wipe (0.741 cents).
If you challenge yourself to use 2 sheets of 4-ply (8 layers), then it is cheaper at 0.655 cents.

Thanks mate, always looking forward to toilet paper bang for buck calculations from ozbargainers :)

    • True ozbargaining calculation

    • Need this machine to split out my 4 ply to 2 ply

      • +1

False economy. I've tried 6 ply and ended up with a brown finger.

    • Never tried 4 ply but seemed like an alright deal.
Is the idea you don't need to use as much, in theory one shouldn't need to fold it over, bit of a risk.

It's beautiful I have tears in my eyes.

  • in stock now.

  • Try again. I've just made a purchase.

  • Back in stock, just managed to checkout now

  • in stock

  • Thanks OP
I did a S&S for the 3 Ply last night
now cancel that one and getting the 4 Ply instead :)

  • Just bought some, back in stock

  • +3

Am I the only one that doesn't find the 4 ply any better than the 3 ply?

    • placebo effect lol

    • To my memory, this 4 ply is like mini rolls. area per sheet is smaller. the ply is soft and easier to break.
using double length and need go back.

    • Hmm maybe should cancel
To be honest The ALDI 24 rolls for 8$ is adequate

  • can't add to cart

  • God damn, they are sending it from two states away. Last time it was local.
