      triple caramel, recommend giving it a go the chocolate caramel pieces are lovely and the icecream is not sickly sweet like some can be. Only a limited selection to choose from, wish there were some fruit flavours.

      I can actually answer this!
      They're probably running some kind of json parser (think, JSON.parse(someJson);).
      That got an invalid response from their load balancer/whatever they are connected with (unauthorised, too many requests, etc.)
      They don't bother to check the response code (cos programming monkeys) and instead directly check the response (which cannot be parsed cos it isn't in json format cos they can be weird like that).
      So, in a nutshell, bad programming.

      For the people they are targeting (Young students). They are not very in touch. From experience: Horrible interactive content where you are forced to watch unskippable videos before taking quizzes requing 100% to complete does not entice me to look at Swinburne Online.
