      Its dynamic / temporary. Try changing to a 'Scheduled Delivery' say for evening, and see if the Delivery Fee Drops.
      Mine is $5.49 (Surge due to limited drivers) but if I select to schedule at 8:00 PM, it drops to $2.99 again.

      The same thing happened with me the other day. If you add a new payment method (like a new debit/credit card) and set that as your payment method, it should get you going. Atleast worked for me.. All the best

          Its not a "live chat" - select that you have an issue with your account and submit a form - it gets converted into a chat which you may then access in the "Help" section of the App. Scroll down if you dont see it in the first glance.

      It's a gamble! I used to take it in their Shake N Win Prizes. It all depends on how old the milk is. Sometimes it tastes like mud. Sometimes very watery. But otherwise, it sometimes tastes very good as well. I like their Mocha.

      Also, no choice of milk (I think even if u choose add Skim Milk, you would get only what was loaded initially). But yeah, me too had too much of Cheeseburgers, Overloaded Cheesy Bacon Chips, Sausage Egg Cheese Muffins. So thinking of taking a Coffee at HJ with these coupon(s).

    Has anyone had an issue with applying the promo code at checkout, but being charged the full price (without promo) when the order is delivered? I noticed this and contacted Uber. They are claiming there is a minimum $20 spend. In my promotion history it says I've claimed the $15, but it hasn't been applied on the receipt. I ensured at checkout I had the discounted price, but it seems they've charged full price after my order. They are refusing to refund me and leaving me with the full charge (no promo code).

            My experience was a cancelled order (Domino's, 5 mins before delivery time) after the promo code expired - at first they only offered me $5 but I was stubborn and noted how Uber never notified me I just saw in the app and they offered me the full promo code value ($21.20) back as Uber Cash.
            It's also good emailing because you seem to get a different person each time.

              I'm finding each different person difficult now, because they seem to not be seeing my point. I've sent about 5 emails to them trying to explain there is no minimum spend for this promo. But your outcome is giving me hope =].
