      Did y'all by any chance happen to put in a bunch of orders in a short period of time? If so might have triggered your card's security checks. Try adding a different card that worked for me. Also if it's PayPal might have to change the linked card on there as well. Don't put in more than a couple of orders at a time that's my hot tip.

    So one of my Macca's orders went pear shaped so I jumped on to the in app help, got a reply within 3 mins saying driver didn't follow instructions and got the entire coupon as Uber Cash.

      I've never had issues with Doordash. Almost every single one of the orders I've done with Doordash I've had issues with, used the app and immediately got 50% voucher back automatically without even needing to talk to anyone.
