Yes but these are one piece, not individual blinds. Effectively they do the same thing.
EDIT: Thanks for the downvote but who on Earth is saying to themselves "you know what I'm going to spend the extra $15 on these no-name china jobs because my curtains must retract horizontally, NOT VERTICALLY!"
Different product, and a lot of people prefer curtains, or would want motorised sheers in combination with blockout blinds or vice versa. apples and oranges
@Balmaino: Fair enough, I've always seen curtains as the cheaper, crappier option that doesn't block out as much light and has less adjustment, that were mostly used by renters because it's easier to fit without being the exact length of the window. But likely there's use cases I'm not thinking of, I just cant imagine what. All combo blinds I've seen both block out and sheer layers are roll down blinds but I'm not an expert or anything.
@silo: Maybe if they’re the nice thick ones you only ever see in hotels or the homes of wealthy old people. All the ones I see are the IKEA jobs that are one step up from hanging a sheet over the window.
Agree totally different products. You wouldn't want to use blind on a sliding door or window.
