Dell is clearing out some remaining units of this neat XPS machine (roughly 80 units). A quick gander shows cheapest previous price was $1100 for refurbished. This stock is brand new.   I've just received my laptop and..

  1. The power button is having issues, where it is not unclicking after being pressed down
  2. The laptop does not sit flat when open. The base on the left side of the laptop does not touch the surface and sort of taps, when you rest your palm on it each time you type.

  Is anyone else having these issues?
