Howdy!

Seems like our products have been painted with the eBay plus promo brush so I've dropped the price on these units to the lowest possible so the extra 15% makes it a pretty sweet deal.

Units have a 2.5" SSD installed so the M.2 spot is spare.

Intel i5 6400t 2.20Ghz
8Gb Ram
128Gb SSD 2.5"
Windows 10 Pro

Units can be upgraded to 16Gb Ram for $58.65 prior to dispatch just make sure you purchase the bellow upgrade at the same time

  • Nice. Is it possible to upgrade to 16gb?

Also do you know what the power draw is? Would it be around 25w?

    • just put a link in the description for the upgrade

    • These units usually idle at around 10~12W.

Have you got anything with 2x NIC?

    • Not as standard, you'll have to purchase an SFF and add another nic to it.

  • tempted to buy one to turn into a HTPC….. does it support 4k output?

    • +1

I'd say so as the 4th gen one I have does

    • They have 2x DP, no HDMI. Just in case you missed that.

      • Nothing a DP to HDMI cable can't fix

        • Sure, if you want to spend $50+ on something that does 4k 60Hz.

    • Can't say for the Lenovo but the Dell USFF with 6500 is kinda noisy with fan ramping up/down due to the tiny heatsink. So might not be great for HTPC.

      • I use one of these as my plex server and it's pretty much silent.

  • Could you add a firewire port to this? To use legacy hardware…

  • @Calmago Do you have anything similar with HDMI?

    • Just use this

      • Thanks, but I lost patience looking for $#^@%$ing adapter cables a long time ago

    • +1

An adapter is a cheap way to go.

      But yes we do

  • +2

I have two of the m930 Tiny's that I've picked up off ebay - the i5/8GB runs my Plex server really well, the i7/16GB runs VMWare ESX7 for my home lab.

Very quite and low power draw, well worth it.

  • Can you get these any cheaper without the windows 10 licence? I'd only be installing linux anyway.

    • +3

I don't think make any difference. This is not brand new device, it probably Ex Gov/business items which they bought/source already have them. Probably hardware bounded OEMs key which isn't worth a lot.

    • Sorry mate, they are all licenced.

  • These would make an awesome cheap Small Plex Server given the iGPU hardware decoding.

  • Was looking seriously at these over the weekend, the cheaper price and 15% makes all the difference!.

    I ordered two, thanks OP!

  • Too bad it’s with eBay plus

That's a barebones system, you still need to add SSD & Ram & OS to it
