also u cant skip the first week if u dont like the meals they listed. Might have to talk to the customer care.
I just pressed the +/- to change the preselected meals, Save, then it said order confirmed with the 3 meals I want. Also says I can change the meals up to a certain date before the delivery day.
I had the same thing happen to me today and customer care chat fixed it for me with no issue. In fact, she allowed me to get more meals for free 5x4 persons than I am sure the free box covered. Big thanks to toomuchcoffee for the free box. I also had some in the past but gave them away too quickly.
Does new user just mean new email address, or payment method and phone needs to be unique ?

I've had some success with
diff IP
diff email
phone number can be random - no verification
diff payment method (must have $1 for verification checks)
typed in the address ever so slightly differently (don't use the drop down address), a dot, comma, or space, st instead of street etc.I've had about 80% success rate.
Don't think address needs to be different, as many people could live in the same property. I think the key ones are payment method and phone number , but to be completely safe the above would be better.
Terms and conditions say one per household rather than per person so there's that =) rather be safe than sorry hahah

Different account/name, email, phone (irrelevant) and card. Address remains identical.
@UrMumsOnlyFan: oh its worth noting I'm using the "free box" to send to myself and not a new member referral. so maybe that's a possible cause.
And I've done about 10 of them, and I'm not sure what triggered the two of them to fail - I got "the voucher is only for new members, please log into your original account or remove the voucher"

How is Perth counted as regional?
Delivery used to be $9.95 for me (Perth SoR) but I've noticed that they've jacked the delivery cost up to $19.94 for my recent boxes.

They jacked the prices up during the last deal, I was gonna sign up when it was 9.95 then few hours later it was 19.95. Looks like they are keeping it at this price.
