    My SB shows the click, but no pending/confirmation yet.
    The issues with buying items from watch/wish lists sucks, if that's the case.

    I'm not hopeful at the moment.

        No, I also turned off my VPN & used chrome without any blockers/etc.. on default settings.
        I use it this way without issues before & with the BWS deal, that tracked fine.

        not true. i’ve used ebay-specific codes before and had the cashback approved, hence why i’m pissed.
        it was usually the other way around: codes = approved, gift cards = rejected. this is why i stupidly glossed over the Ts&Cs. rookie error with shopback promos, admittedly, but not because ebay codes are rejected.

            @Paul B: Yes, last November I had cashback approved with what I believe were ebay plus member codes. Oh and when there was 20% off codes. Some were automatic, I had to report at least one, that I can find. When I reported it I stated they were codes that ebay had offered - not vouchers - which had always been rejected.
            I really don’t see the problem, just offer the cashback on the amount after the discount, it’s a few cents, at least with my small purchases 🤷 That’s my two bob, anyway 😁

    My purchase records were just tracked in the SB app.
    I had my items in the cart (not on watch list or wish list) before purchase. Using ebay GC. Even one of the transaction was using discount voucher but still marked as tracked but I expect this one to be voided later. Let's see how it goes.

    Never received email notifications.

          But thinking back, SB prob didnt have the technical know how to cap people, so whilst it says $30 max, their system tracks any transactions as 25%.

          Only time will tell.

          Good on those that took advantage of it and gained 250k.

              @SpewinMate: I have used SB for a few years, over 1000 tracked transactions (about 20% are from eBay). Never had a case where SB would give more cashback than the cap. The only way to get extra cashback is through multiple SB accounts

      Hmm looks like app users (myself included) are running into trouble with tracking :/

      Hopefully they pull through within the 2 days, otherwise there's next to no chance of getting the cashback which would be extremely frustrating.

          Why promote the app if there’s a chance it work get tracked. The click thru time is close to the actual order time so hopefully if I dispute it will get paid out based on that logic

        I use SB app for booking.com 2 weeks back, didn’t track and disputed. they took ages to get back to say they need another 45 days, but I don’t expect to win the dispute anyway. Lol, tried again with the app for eBay, still no track showing. They really need to investigate their app tracking. Might only use CR in future.

    Now I have a click recorded bit still no tracking. Not really expecting that much from SB but was hopeful
    In my case:
    Used Chrome desktop browser with Shopback extension active.
    Cleared all cookies and turned off VPN and AdBlock before starting. Went directly from SB to eBay and purchased without any click aways or using any other tabs.
    Will give it another 24 hours…

    Liquor land tracked, but as always I waited for tracking confirmation before collecting. If the tracking is a no show , I just cancel the order.

      I had far too many issues for Shopback to track promotional cashback, and never an issue for other cashback! I had an almost instant track on ebay a day before and no tracking update so far.

      Usually yes. Unlike AliExpress which tracks every item in the cart individually, eBay bundles the lot together and tracks the entire transaction as one.

    Unfortunately, even orders from ASOS…if you return 1 item you lose the whole cashback.

    Seeing a lot of people who have upvoted this deal only to have their cashback not track. If it doesn't come through, you can change your vote to a negative vote by clicking "votes" under the title, revoking your positive vote and then negging the deal.

    I'll give them the 48 hours they've requested for it to track, but if it doesn't will be joining the negs on future deals - this has happened frequently enough to warrant it.

        Did everything 100% correct… typical SB.
        Just for added irony, I got a Cash Rewards tracking approved notification on my phone, as I was typing this

    Placed 3 orders at 1100am, cancelled 2 of them, 1 order I used 15% code, these 3 orders were all tracked at 0% cash back. I placed another 2 orders at 9pm, no code used, through desktop + chrome plugin activated, they were not tracked yet
