    I'm another one with an app purchase not tracked.

    I use Shopback pretty extensively with usually no problems. If this doesn't track and Shopback wont assist I'll let my existing cashback purchases mature, cash out and then delete my account.

    Woah, I don't know how eBay is tracking but I just got a 6th pending for $22

    So it's calculated it in its own way, looks good now. Total is roughly $68-70 CB.

    My transaction has finally tracked but they processed it at only about 0.7%!!! So obviuosly they didn't credit bonus cashback.
    I have a screenshot showing that I finshed the transaction at 21:59pm. However eBay sent me an email with confirmation 3 minutes later, e.g. 22:02 pm. And Shopback shows it as 22:02 pm.
    Don't know what chances I have to get Shopback to honour the bonus.
    One item was from Dan Murhpy's. May be I should cancel it…But as I paid with eBay gift card I don't know how they will refund.

      If you will cancel…they will refund it to same gc…you can use it later for future purchase. I have done it multiple times.

    All my items tracked at the purchase price including GST! Order ~5pm

    It tracked for over $30, so looks like the cap is $30 per transaction, not $30 per account. I definitely would have bought more if I had known!

              @Paul B: Bloody shame dealbot didn't highlight the multiple transactions part but I think most I know wouldn't fire as they don't trust the tracking . I might have fire a few more $130's but nothing crazy based on the big unlimited deal of the past that a lot of people received 0 . My tracking for my big $30 is there so upvoted :)

        made the purchase and got email transaction alert from my credit card at 21.57pm
        but the ebay order confirmed email is 22.05pm

          Blame eBay managed payments for slow processing time hence the delay in the order confirmation.

          Sellers that still using PayPal method would have been instant.

              @Turd: That's what I always want to say, always remember eBay or any other seller's system time might be different from our own. All these kind of promo , don't do in the first 30mins and the last 30 mins. Unless it's like Amazon lighting deal you have to act fast.

                @ce5himm: Yeah even at 4:00:01 the promo wasnt active, I refreshed and it still said 2%, so kept on refreshing, the SB plugin was slow to update, so I went to their website to refresh and it showed 25% before the plugin so I clicked via the website.

                I think it worked at 4:01:00 (dont quote me, as I was refreshing, so didnt pay attention)

    My order tracked finally, as 3 separate amounts for 3 items, but for some odd reason my 3rd item from US amount tracked as $0.16 on a $28.59 Au ($21.80 US) item.
    On my calculation it should be around $3.80? without the shipping, no big deal.

    So a whopping $9.39 cashback lol.
    I ran out of time to get anything decent, too indecisive, just got in time (2 mins ~) to place my 3rd order.

    I used Chrome via clicking from there site instead of their extension, which kept showing a 2% discount popup throughout ordering, which I'm guessing is their normal CB, another odd thing, I never clicked it.

    I just searched for the item I wanted & not from my watch/wish list, as some mentioned as a possible reason for not getting it tracked.
    I wonder if this was the case.

    I do think some people are in a rush to get their orders tracked, as SB would have been very busy with this birthday sale over the last few days, which is still going on. No disrespect meant.

    It sucks big time for the people that didn't get tracked orders/cash back.

        I checked my SB online around 1:30pm today, didn't look at emails for confirmations.
        Checked now and the emails were sent around 3-3:30am today from Shop Back.

        eBay sent the confirmation email on Tue, 13 Apr, 22:05

        2 items in 1 order tracked at the right cash back amount (no shipping involved), it's the 2nd order that didn't match up to my calculations.
        It was $11.81 US/AU $15.49 approx, not including shipping.
        Should be around $2.95US/$3.87AU cash back, unless I'm missing something.

        So no idea where they get $0.16 from.
        No big deal, just odd that's all.

        It is bad for those that missed out altogether on bigger orders.

    Purchased Items at 9.59pm and Ebay confirmed order at 10.01pm. I have now received confirmation cashback has been tracked and they are all 1% or less. Not even sure why they are all different, but in any case, I contacted Shopback chat to dispute that it should be 25% and received following response from their chatbot:

    "We have noted some discrepancies in eBay Australia's purchases made on the 13th of April and we are looking into it now. Rest assured as our teams will get back to you once these have been rectified.
    Hope this explains and I truly apologize for the inconvenience caused. Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with today!"

    Looks like a lot of people are complaining as they are clearly aware of issues with Ebay for the 13/4/21 purchases but not willing to provide any further details as I wasn't able to continue with the enquiry.

    Did anyone else manage to get any other responses from Shopback?

      what is the best way to proof that we clicked/did the purchase at before 10pm ? in my case it was 9.56pm and i got email confirmation from my credit card before 10pm.

        I have a screenshot showing time on my laptop and the "your order's in" prompt from eBay, but if you talk to the Shopback chatbot it will give you an example you buy something 45 minutes before the end of upsized cashback and your payment is processed 5 minutes after te end of the promotion and you will not receive the upsized cashback.

      That's strange. It disappeared 2 days ago for me and I was still on v3.15.0

      After updating to v3.17.0 it showed up again.
