        Actually Trouver Power 11 is quite a good cordless vacuum cleaner.
        Price is worth it @ $99 only with the specs and design quite similar Dyson V11

          Well worth filing a eBay complaint for the accessory deficit. You should get a partial refund at least. The listing last month clearly showed the accessories.

          For others reading this, It should be noted the eBay seller and this seller are different.

            @ash2000: I filed a complaint immediately after receiving the vacuum cleaner, that the floor rack or wall stand not received.
            The company replied 2 days later that, the wall stand or floor stand is not included in the package.
            They said it is not mentioned in the list of items included for Australia market.
            So, all the 31 customers from eBay Tuesday purchases never receive the floor/wall stand at all.
            So disappointed.

          Actually Trouver Power 11 is quite a good cordless vacuum cleaner.

          Hi Michael, keen to hear your experience with this if you don't mind sharing, is it any good on carpets? Or better on hard floors? The included head seems similar to the soft roller brush than the carpet brush on the Dreame range. Thanks.

            @xraytango: Very good on hard floor (tiles, marble, timber) and thin layer carpet.
            Probably not so effective on thicker carpet.
            On carpet need to use max power to clean-vacuum, which only lasted about 9-10 minutes cleaning time.
            The soft roller brush reduce the noise when vacuuming but not so effective cleaning thicker carpet.
            I quite like it, esp the mini-roller head to suck-up all dust, hair, dog fur from sofa, car seats, bed sheet, pillows.
            It is worth it to buy at $99 to $159. I just bought another one as spare vacuum or when I need additional battery, HEPA filter and soft roller brush..
            The design look very similar to Dyson V11 but at only less than 10% of the price. Quite a powerful vacuum with 20,000PA suction power with 3-speed.
            Had been using it for the past 2 weeks. Quite happy using it.
            Very light, easy to use, and really like the LCD screen to control the speed, and check the battery status.
            Bear in mind, Trouver do not include floor stand or wall mount to hold all the accessories for Australia package.
            Not easy to buy spare accessories now, except battery and HEPA filter.
            If you like full accessories, then buy Dreame range of cordless vacuum.
            They are the same parent company and manufacturing.

Based on what you said and at this price point, I decided to take the plunge even though I've got more carpeted areas (combination of high pile and low pile) than hard floor, hopefully it'll work well on the low pile carpet at the very least.
