Aldi 4ah is a special buy on the 29th so they should drop the price of the ozito within the next week

    • +2

      Looking forward to

  • Yeah the 4ah is never reduced :(

This guy on Gumtree sells them and posts aswell

          • @Vglencoco: anyone brought this?

            • +1

@Trantor: I haven't, but I've seen them posted on here before and I've only seen good things about them

          • @Vglencoco: I am actually after how I can use Ozito battery to Aldi Xfinity tools / PowerG tools

            • @hongas: when I looked at the Aldi to Ozito, the guy also sells the reverse, Ozito to Aldi. I just want to know the quality of them, I might buy both if that are any good.

              • @Trantor: Hi, Aldi is 20v and Ozito 18v. Can you use a 18v on an Aldi 20v tool and also the other way in reverse?

            • @hongas: Are the tools (e.g drills) from Aldi better than Ozito's

              • +2

@Averell: if the aldi tool breaks you get a refund then what? at least with bunnings you can go get a replacement.

                • @[Deactivated]: +1 to this.
I have a few Workzone tools bought at clearance but after having no choice but to refund a circular saw I'd stick to Ozito for "core" tools like drills.

(Not me, I had to request someone to print my two halves lol)

the 4ah is never reduced :(

Not technically, they just bring out the black promo version. Has been as low as $29

      • I think he mean's the 5.2ah one

    • Sure about that?

Was $30 off when I bought for $48 in Feb. They routinely drop the price in line with Specials and Aldi price-matches in my experience.

  • Which is better; power x or pxc?

  • +1

Hoping they will reduce Ozito PXC 18V 5.2Ah Ultra Battery by $20 :)

    • Hmm, am I dreaming?

      • definitely dreaming

    • +1

      only $5 off regular price

    • It is actually. I've done a few things around the house with it. When I burnt the motor cutting through hardwood house beams without pause I took it back and exchanged it in about 10min for a brand new one.

    • Don't do it, my brother in law got it. I tested it compared to my ryobi ($99 one) and there's massive power difference

      • Which one has more power? Your Ryobi or your brother's?

        • Whoops, ryobi much more powerful.

  • Could I take the cells out of this and put them in a dead Ryobi battery Ive got? (Or is it cheaper to just buy cells or a Ryobi copy?)

  • Is this combo pack (Ozito Power X Change 18V Charger & 2.5Ah Battery) a FAST Charger or just a standard charger ?
