          • +2

@Brisbane1: You can use JB GC's inorder to make the price cheaper.
            another hypothetical way
take the receipt from JB to OW in order to Price beat and then return the phone to JB :D

    • Thanks for the OW link. They have the lavender and red on clearance for $597. Picked one up.

      • Just check, probably the old Exynos chipset and not the new Snapdragon?

        • Correct - that's the non-5g Exynos version.

        • The missus won't care.

      • Is that the 5G one with Snapdragon?

        • Hey, just open the description and you'll see the processor listed.

      • Not 5g

Lol, there is no such thing as a free phone unless you steal it.

    • +2

      $99/month is not free.

check the last couple pages of comments, it looks as if quite a few ppl were not charged an ETC on this deal, so the phone was free and was not stolen. I know it was not how the deal was intended to work, and was extremely lucky for those who got the phones for free, much like the ppl who get lucky with pricing errors.

  • Why is it so cheap?

  • it was $715 recently at TGG and a bit cheaper when combined with cashrewards. Also, around $599 at Samsung store with trade-up but i think that deal has exprired. The only question, this one or the s21 - larger screen vs smaller, older vs newer, SD vs Exynos, sd card slot vs none. The recent trade up and other coupons deal on s21 brought it to $499 but that's gone. If you had both which one goes to the other half.
