Up to 45% discount, 1 item per person.*
Edit: Not sure why the banner says "up to 45% discount", when it seems to allow for more than that…. Ahh eBay… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • +11

    Waiting for free stuff here.

    • See comment above yours

      • My understanding is that up to 45% off is from RRP plus $20 voucher. Eg. TP Link TL-SG105 is listed for $30, with $20 voucher, it becomes $10, meaning 67% off, more than 45% off. Some sellers listed with up to 45% off such as the Xiaomi phone holder, was $99.95, on sale for $54.90, then deducting again with $20 voucher to become $34.90.

        • Yeah looks like that's correct, but there are no $20 items (at the moment). Hope you see some later. I just ordered a couple of power boards.

    • This doesn't provide historical consumption

      • What does?

Very slim pickings on these Tuesday offers now. Looks like mainly overpriced junk to me.

Thanks to Doweey though, has probably highlighted the picks of the bunch above

    • +3

Not only that, it buries any decent deals amongst thousands of crud items - big waste of time each week finding anything worthwhile. They should go back to a couple of big ticket discounts, and keep all the rubbish to sift through on the side for those that want it.

$29 for a Razer headset with coupon.
    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/265190065572

    • Probably sounds like ass. Looks like more money goes into the packaging

      • People were seemingly happy to pay $49 for the 'tournament edition' of this headset this morning, so this seems an ok price. Some mixed comments, but at $29 can't have too high expectations.

Not sure what the differences between the two versions are other than the THX spatial thing.

    Code has changed to PTUEST

  • Is the wireless car charger any good?

    • I found it very handy, I used it with my Pixel 3.

There is a sensor near the holder so when you place your phone near it the arms open automatically and close after ~2 seconds. The arms held the phone in very snug - never fell out. It comes with two mounting options 1) Double-sided tape to stick to dash 2) Clamps to hold in air vents.
Also, there is a hole/gap at the bottom where the phone sits that allows you to plug in a cable for people that need to charge via wire or use for media connectivity.

The charging performance was as you would expect from a wireless charger - nothing surprising. When I was using Google Maps to navigate, it would only dip a few percent on ~30mins drive.

I changed to an iPhone 12 Mini and couldn't get it to wireless charge as the coils must not align, but still used it as a phone holder and charged via cable (see above). I've now completely stopped using the Xiaomi charger 'cause I've got a new car with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto :)

      • Thanks for the in depth review! Would be great for my Pixel 5… But do I need it? 😅

The offer and promotion is getting worse and worse every year. Sad……
I will cancel the Ebay plus when its due.

    • +4

Year? You obviously missed this amazing deal a few weeks ago https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/627328

      • I completely missed that deal 😫

      • Yea, but did you need anything you ordered? I've already forgotten what I ordered :D

Took me a few minutes, but I think it was a spare HDMI cable, some 500gm weights for my kids to play with and a microSD card that I don't need.. :D

Thanks OP grabbed these power boards. $10 ea with USB, need small ones to slot in to my cable management tray for my sit/stand desk.

    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/114432908342

    • is there a reason u got that instead of the sansai power boards?

      • They're much the same I assume. The Sansai ones are on Amazon while these ones are on Dick Smith/Kogan. Same ebay seller too (kg elec), which I've bought from before.

        • im not too sure since im being skeptical even towards sansai which i just bought but going unbranded indeed seems like a brave choice

          • @fatbunn: I used to work at dick smith and used to sell plenty of the home brand boards and never get any back.. though that could have been all the house fires 🤷🏻‍♂️

    • Unbranded 240V equipment? Braver man than I!

    • Good idea

These eBay Tuesday seems like a garage sale to clear unwanted stock.

While most of the deals are good, popular items are OOS. So its kinda annoying to use ebay plus.

  • Despite not using eBay a great deal ebay, eBay Plus is becoming very tempting of late

    • +2

Not sure what you mean. The deals have been getting worse and worse.

You missed good things like the 300 dollar switch, cheap Hisense 32" smart telly, free gin, 100 dollar sound bar, etc etc etc

  • This is cheap! TP-Link Archer TX3000E AX3000for $74 after coupon.

    • +1

dont they all use the same Intel AX200 chip?, same kits are around 20-50$ if you can wait buying from aliexpress

  • Waiting for items for 20 bucks before using the code… believe it or not something from Robins kitchen is on the way even if all orders were canceled from last week. I wonder what I get. Has somebody experienced same?
