How do these compare with other brands? Sick of using ones that don't absorb anything.

      best and dont "shed"

This is the best of the lot.

These are what I always stock up on every other month.

I tried Quilton once when I saw a cheap deal posted here once and I still have half of them tucked away in the pack somewhere because I stopped using them altogether, just tore apart and didn't absorb anything =(

      • I much prefer quilton. I find these viva don't have enough roughness and don't absorb as much. The bamboo double rolls are slightly better.

Same, tried the quilton from the last deal now they on the garage for random clean ups… Wife wont let me buy anything besides Viva now and i agree with her

There is no better that i've tried, a negative may be that they use bleached paper, and there's no point in doing that, other then marketing it. white seems cleaner than brown so possibly psychologically helps sales

    • These absorb a little less, however do NOT break. When using them to wipe down car panels for paint, I can actually rinse them in the bucket, and re-use the paper towels.
It's honestly a little crazy how tough they are, but are still able to absorb things.

    • I bought the Viva "Eco" (bamboo) a few weeks back mainly as they were on sale and I gotta say, I'm a convert!
I found they're much more absorbent than the standard Viva and the Handee are rubbish imo.

I feel like this deal is better: Viva Paper Towel Double Length, 8 Rolls https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B076CKF5D6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_g…

    • +1

Thanks, added that in also. Price matching Big W special it seems.

    • Double lengths are better value but potentially more wasteful, when there's a big roll, some people tends to use more.

Some say you can't have enough Amazon papertowel….

My very full garage full of paper towel begs to differ.

    • Start an orgy in your garage. Problem solved?

  • How does this compare to the quilton 4 ply that was for sale the other day?

    • Quilton 3 ply currently on sale at $9.90 for s&s

    • Quilton Tuffy FTW!

  • Thanks bought two. Also cheaper using $5 promo from other gift card deal.

  • Just in time for a restock thanks op

  • Double length no longer available.

I don't know what's going in, the item no longer comes up in search, but the direct link still appears to work https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B076CKF5D6/

The picture of the actual item (was the first picture) is also missing from that listing, it was there earlier.

      • +1

Was able to order the double length via Hamza's link just then.

      • Now it is sold out.

  • How does Viva compare to Handee. I've always bought handee when it's on half price at Coles and woolies

  • Handee is far superior imho. Viva paper towels are a distant second.

  • Coles is selling 6 rolls for $6, which work out to be the same as this deal of $1/roll.
This deal is saving a trip to the supermarket?

    https://shop.coles.com.au/a/crows-nest/product/viva-paper-to…

    • Mentioned in the first line of the deal:

Price matching Coles 6 for $6(shop.coles.com.au) + an extra 10% off with subscribe & save from Amazon.

Save a trip to the supermarket and $1.20.

      • Thanks

  • which is better, viva O handee?

  • Available again

  • 12 pack of double length is still available at $22 or $19.80 S&S. Bit cheaper than the normal rolls
