For the soy lovers and the lactose intolerant (like me) that love their milk in the coffee a little frothy.
I find that Bonsoy hits the sweet spot between creaminess, texture and taste. I've converted some people over when they were allowed over for a social in NSW!
Not the cheapest it's been but have been hanging for a good homemade flat white as I've run out of Bonsoy.
I've heard some good things about its competitor HHSB so going to give this a go as well (can get this cheaper in bulk from specialist grocery stores if you live nearby for pickup as most charge shipping if under a certain amount)
