    Decent price and you probably cannot get better for cheaper now.

      Yes I am aware of that, as I was the OP.of that deal also. However, it has not been cheaper with similar specs and online sales wanted to charge $2800 for 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD options.

    I had a quick chat with three chat reps, and got the following information:

    • The very short shipping date is due to the fact that the laptops have already been built and are currently located in Australia. Any customised configurations (e.g. upgrading from 3060 to 3070) will not be shipped before October, due to COVID-19 restrictions in factories limiting the number of workers, parts shortages, a large backlog of orders etc…

    • They all refused to do a better deal for this laptop configuration or throw in any extras (e.g. extended warranty).

    Jumped on this but don’t have an AMEX for the extra cash back, rip.

    I had this spec ordered for $2,600 but cancelled due to the delivery time adjusting to late November.

    They didn’t even let me know, mf’ers

    I was going to wait for a better special or black Friday but overall happy with this price anyway (I'm a bad ozbargainer)

    No AMEX, but cash rewards has tracked it even though it's education store.

    Jumped on this one too, cashback tracked as well for $2,578. Anyone who ordered earlier, when does Lenovo send the shipping confirmation out of curiosity? Presumably pretty quickly as the website says they ship within 2 business days. Looking forward to upgrading my 6 year old desktop with a GTX 970 with this!

      Within 4 hours of ordering I'd gotten my DHL express tracking number….

      Originally said estimated shipping date 14 August, but that happened yesterday 10 August instead.

      Estimated delivery was & still is 18 August, but with shipping 3 days earlier… Here's hoping for Friday 13.

          Ah great, I ordered Monday night and received my shipping confirmation this morning. DHL tracking has it being delivered tomorrow (Melbourne metro). So timing looks spot on compared with your order.

    I just ordered this one, since it was in stock, and cancelled the order I made for a lower spec model which was due in December. Hurts having to pay more, but waiting months is ridiculous. By then we'd have gone through Black Friday and pre-Christmas sales and something else would come up anyway.

    Looks like a few people will have their orders by now. Can you confirm if the RAM is dodgy or good?
    I saw some positive comments on the eBay deal that someone got good RAM.
