        @becool: That information is currently unknown. Some people have said you have to pay the full amount of the discount you received (which for me would be $905!) others have said it's just the trade in amount offered for your phone + $60.

ouch.. I managed to add S21U with the $1000 discount earlier until payment page, but paused a while since i just bought a S21 base model last week (i prefer the ultra but too expensive last week). When I decide to put my credit card details, screen refreshed and the $200 and $300 bonuses are now gone.

  Not that i know of, partner has ultra and I use s21. Except bigger battery abd good camera there's not much of difference i noted.
  
  And for light users like myself and you i don't think ultra is going to make any difference. As a light user I was still happy with my s8 but due to ceased security updates and recent lucrative prices on s21 range made me do a switch.

      Although, my partner is really happy with her ultra camera. She loves photography too and when she's not in a mood carrying her other prof camera, she says camera on ultra is equally good and handy. She says she anyway have to carry a phone and if it comes with a pro camera then why not.

        @Bargain-er: As far as I know, most people if not all bought ultra over reg s21 was because of the insanely high res photography. If you read reviews you'll find reviewers will talk more about how camera on ultra outperform any other phone camera.
        
        So i guess yes, to answer your question, from my partner's personal exp, evident reviews, and comparison videos onine suggests that ultra surely has a better camera than reg s21/s21 plus.

  I think it depends on which model you are buying. If you are buying the S21 or S21+, they use a flat glass screen, so most will work fine. I will normally look for one which is 'case friendly', so the glass isn't all the way to the edge and lifts up when applying a case.
  
  If you are buying a S21 Ultra, it still has a curved screen. I have used many glass screen protectors on curved screen, but have never found one that is good. Most curved screen protectors only have adhesive on the edge and a centre dot adhesive where the sensor is. But it doesn't work well. I will just use a hydrogel screen protector. It doesn't protect as well as the glass, but it easier to use with the S-Pen and finger.
