Thanks OP bought it and got cashback tracked.

Just wondering why everyone gets crazy on the new Mini version that's selling $169 at the moment, despite the smaller size I don't see it as an upgrade from the full size Mx Keys. And it also doesn't support the unifying dongle which is the main reason I eventually pull the trigger on this full size Mx Keys cause I have a Mx Master 3 connected by unifying unit, I don't get why Logitech decided to ditch unifying USB support on the new released products. The new Bolt receiver is cool and secure but none of the new products (Mx mini and Mx Master 3 for business) come with one, you have to pay another USD15 to get the dongle otherwise you'll have to stick with using it via Bluetooth. Come on Logitech that sucks!

  • Am I messing something up? I signed up to latitude and got approved but when I try to buy this using latitude it still shows 175 when I log in. Do I hit accept and it gets discounted later ?

    • no, the discount should show up on the latitude pay checkout page after leaving the wireless1 website.

  • It's an awesome keyboard, people who complain would be the same ones saying Pamela Anderson naked is blonde.

  • work with iPad pro? or does it use a USB receiver?

    • Has BT and the receiver, works with iPad.

  • Haha both my wife and I failed the credit test.

    • Ouch, thats rough!!

      • A bit weird to be honest. At first I thought it's cos my credit score is shot to bits with various card application and cancellations, plus loans. But then tried my wife who has only had 1 credit card her entire life and only 1 homeloan to her name. Still rejected straight away.

Seems Latitude might not be using a very good credit check system given the number of people saying similar things about the credit test fail.

          • @relentlessM8: I've been rejected as well, and I'm pretty sure my score is good.

      • Update: called in Latitude pay and finally got the account to work. They couldn't tell me why it didn't work in the first place though.

    • Yep, I was also rejected, as was my girlfriend. I should have a good score as well.

EDIT: I just called Latitude pay and they said they couldn't get my ID from the details I entered, so they'll send through a form I can fill out for verification. Worth noting that this might be the reason you were declined as well. Will found out tomorrow whether it worked or not.

      • Do you need to have a credit card to get a score to sign up?

        • I don't think that's a requirement.
I'm not sure if this is how it works in Australia (someone above said it isn't the same here as in the US) but I thought if you don't have a credit card or use other borrowing services, you can't build up a good credit score either. I'm not sure what this would mean for a credit check and approval if you don't have a credit score.

      • UPDATE: I verified myself by sending in my information and was approved this morning. Been watching for a good deal on this for a while now and finally bought it. :)

      • This is good to know, but I'm not too bothered with Latitude. Not worth faffing about risking unnecessary credit checks.

        • Yeah I was pretty frustrated when I got denied, so it's good to know that they just couldn't verify my ID, not that my credit score was bad. I've just been looking for this keyboard for a while.

    • I got rejected, and my wife got accepted, despite me being the sole income earner in our household, and having excellent credit rating…

Anyone know when MX Keys for Business will be available in Australia? Same same but newer and has LogiBolt support (https://www.logitech.com/en-us/business/work-setups/logi-bol…)

    • Do you really need it if for your personal use? All specs are the same despite bolt receiver is more secured on encryption.

      • Probably not :P Plus it wouldn't be this cheap. Thought I would check but yeah I'll just get this one.

About to pull the trigger, but what's "advanced"?

  • Hi, do u guys recommend this for gaming offline story modes, thank you

  • Don't remember how long for the delivery & how to track it

  • Will this work with M720 mouse to replace my MK850 (wife spilled a coffee onto it then turned it upside-down to clean it = liquid damage)

    • +1

      Unified receiver, so should do.

    • Yes, I use the M720 and the MX Keys together

  • To people who are buying or owned one - question for you
    1) Have you got an MX Master mouse?
    2) If not, assuming you using a none Logitech wireless mouse, do you end up using 2 USB dongles on a PC?
    Thanks

    • I got a mouse and keyboard and use one dongle for each computer since they came with one each. Yes, you would need to use 2 USB dongle unless you want to use bluetooth for your keyboard.

      • Question: when you have boththe mouse and keyboard connected to one unifying usb, when you switch between computers, they will switch together or have switch separately?

        • You have to switch manually unless you use Logitech flow. So if you using them at separate times you have to toggle the buttons yourself which is annoying on the mouse since its on the button. But I use flow to link my mac book and workstation so I can use airdrop and copy files over instantly.

      1. I pair this keyboard with the MX Master 3. The unified receiver means only 1 is required to connect the keyboard and mouse. Since the keyboard and mouse come with one each, I have one receiver connected to my work laptop and one to my home desktop. Makes switching really easy since you can switch up to 3 devices.

      2. If it's a non-Logitech wireless, then you'd most likely need another dongle - unless you make a connection via bluetooth.

  • Is a good keyboard to type on but I hate the backlight. It won't stay on. then it won't activate until I press a key and it has a slight delay until it lights up.

When the computer isn't on, sometimes it lights up just from me walking past. I just want an option to keep the backlight on all the time when the computer is on. I keep it plugged in so battery life isn't an issue.

I have tried numerous fixes from forums etc but I don't have time to mess with it so I just make do.

Also, I'm not keen on the placement and labelling of the windows button for windows shortcuts etc I always seem to end up pressing the key next to it, especially with no backlight on

  • thanks OP. Got one.

  • Thanks OP, pulled the trigger finally!

  • Good deal

  • Thanks OP was wanting to buy this and missed the last time it came down at $150ish. Just bought for my 7th grader she already has a Logitech mx mouse to go with it.

Can anyone shed some light on whether they prefer this version over the Mac version or vice versa? Thank you

    • I was comparing the same for mx master and found that mac one comes with a Usb C - C cable compared to Usb A - C for this model BUT does not come with the unify usb receiver. Probably the same for mx keys..

    • Nooo, it's out of stock :(
Was gonna get one after work but finished late.
      Any chance it'll be restocked?

  • How does it compare with mechanical cherry mx blue, brown or red? Does anyone have experience?
Currently, I'm on cherry blue and red, thanks

  • Can anyone shed some light on how this compares to a G915 tactile? I know they are totally different KB and price range, target market etc… but more after feedback from a typing perspective.

Wife needs a new keyboard and is OK with the feel of a 915 but doesn’t need/want Macro buttons! And doesn’t really care about rgb

  • I love this keyboard. fast to switch between usb unifying device on pc, bluetooth on mac. Would recommend to a friend, and even non-friends too

  • ultrafast delivery, received mine today. Looks sleek but it will probably take a while to get used to it since I'm coming from a more ergonomic bulky Logitech K350 which has a built in palm rest..

I see Logitech sells the palm rest for $35 for this keyboard .. any cheaper alternatives?

  • Got mine delivered on Saturday.. pretty quick. Loving it so far, except for.. mann it reflects the light from my monitor light bar soooo bad… pretty bad, to the point that it gets pretty annoying, and I can't stare at the keyboard for too long.
