Hi Everyone,

Our eBay clients are absolutely ruthless opening disputes when items don't arrive on time (and then ignoring all communication, resulting in disputes being awarded in their favour irrespective of whether items eventually turn up or not) - Ozbargainers (generally) on the other hand have recently been very decent and measured in their approach to delivery delays.

My commitment is to replace any items LOST in freight, but defining a date which an item is declared "lost" is now a bit of a debate as there are significant delays to Vic and NSW. Traditionally I had declared an item lost after 20 working days but have suggested to some clients waiting around this time recently I'd like them to wait a little longer before I replace their item - I'm open to community feedback on this, as I can replace "lost" items sooner, but it means I need to jack prices to cover the losses - I'd be interested in the Ozbargain communiy's view on this.

Like wise if a client "stuffs up" and provides an incorrect address for shipping (or some other buyer instigated issue resulting in loss which I generally haven't covered) should I wear the loss as a "decent" business, keeping in mind I'll need to raise prices (cents) to cover off on a higher level of customer service than I currently provide. I am genuinely interested in hearing feedback as I can change practices dependent on what the Ozbargain community wants.

        I don't think Azonaire is the generic replacement for Nasonex

          it's the same ingredient, but for these things the delivery device is equally important and generics aren't quite the same

      Great - so when delivery is factored in ($8.95 regular post with CW), this deal is still cheaper and we have express post and the bonus item which is arguably worth between $9-10 (50x Loratadine for example)

    Off topic but does anyone else get crazy anxiety with steroid nasal sprays? It doesn't make sense but I get it every time.
