Is This good for groin area?

    • i think it's on battery so not enough power to trim hard area.

Not for the groin…..I repeat, not for the groin! You will go bloody mary on the fellas :(

    • Yeah you can shave your balls with the 2mm attachment.

      • I do, works wonders

  • The picture of the app sold me.

Hi I purchased this to use on my beard and as a small trimmer for hair lines for haircuts.
I was not happy at all for it , its okay but just not sharp enough esp around the neck area.
    this is my 2 cents.

    • Agree, not sharp enough and for fine trimming or shaping. Much more of a general purpose trimmer.

  • FYI the 5000 isn't completely waterproof, my one died after using it in the shower because I thought it was, lol. I got the 7000 to replace it and it's great!

    • Oh.. Thanks for the info. I use it in shower thinking it will work fine. I am also thinking of trying 7000 because this one feels a bit toyish

      • +1

Yeah, after the shower it was about an hour later it started up by itself and wouldn't turn off until it died which was fun.

The 7000 is super solid and the battery lasts forever. I think it's on special every now and then for about $80? The only complaint I have is the button is pretty sensitive and I turn it on/off without meaning to sometimes.

        • Thanks for advice

  • Good price!

Mine recently started started playing up at the 2 year mark and I couldn't find a receipt. After a bit of searching on YouTube I found out it uses a AA battery. $7 later and a bit of solder… Good as new

  • This deal was $1.41 more but free delivery for prime so cheaper overall if you didnt want to spend more.

  • Just bought this for $59 with 11 attachments from Amazon Australia… time to hand in my Ozbargain card.

Do these come with an Australian plug though?

    • US purchase so would assume not

    • I have it, comes with US plug

  • Great price, bought it for AU$60 2 months ago. Super worth it!

  • I bought this Philips Multigroom Series 3000 9-in-1 Trimmer last year. It does the job pretty well. Only dissatisfaction is that the biggest guide comb is 16mm. Would be great if it also one with 25mm or 30mm.
I have tried searching online for 25 or 30 mm guide comb for Philips but no luck. This Philips Norelco Multigroom 5000 MG5750/49 (18 Attachments) doesn't have any hair comb higher than 16mm. Otherwise K would have bought this as it seems to be a good deal.
Does anyone have any idea if I can buy it separately ? Are there any decent hair clipper (any other brand) that's around $50 which has a guide comb bigger than 16mm ?
    Thank you

  • Hi guys can anyone recommend me a converter adapter?

I purchased one but it doesn't seem to be charging. Does anyone know if the Philips LED light indicator is meant to turn on whilst charging?
