The first 10,000 customers who enter the promotional code “GIFTCARDBFCM” in the “redeem a Gift Card or Promotional Code” box at checkout when you purchase $75 or more in Amazon.com.au Gift Cards in a single transaction will receive a $5 promotional credit that can be used on a future eligible order. Offer available until 11:59 PM (AEDT) on November 30th 2021 and is valid while stocks last. Your promotional credit will be automatically applied to your account used to make the purchase within eight (8) business days after your order is shipped (for physical gift cards) or within eight (8) business days after the order is completed (for electronic gift cards). A confirmation email will be sent confirming that the promotional code has been applied to your account. Your promotional credit can only be used for purchases of eligible items shipped and sold by Amazon AU and will be applied during checkout. One promotional credit per account. Promotional credit will expire at 11:59 PM (AEST) on May 31st 2022.

      Try purchasing on a desktop browser, or set you mobile browser to desktop mode. I did get errors too just now using the app and mobile browser but was able to get the promotion under desktop mode.

      Chat is super hot and miss these days it seems. My chat took 25 minutes to get the person to paste that it will take 8 days to receive the credit from the terms for the code. They couldn't even confirm that I should receive it…

    Used a web browser on desktop, the checkout page says "Qualifying offers: Congratulations. Your purchase qualifies you for a $5 promotional credit. You will receive an email confirming when the credit has been automatically applied to your account within 8 business days after your order is shipped (for physical gift cards) or the order being completed (for electronic gift cards)." But then when I tried to apply the code it says "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase.". So I'm not sure if that actually applied.

                    @FLICKIT: if you add an item that is fullfilled by amazon then if you have $5 promo credit it will auotmatically be applied to the order. You can check that way.

    If the code doesn't work, leave the gift card in your cart and talk to an online agent. They'll get it sorted immediately and just refresh the page and it'll automatically apply.

    Welp! Purchased a $100 Amazon GC (I've bought plenty before) using this deal this morning and now Amazon have detected it as suspicious activity and locked my account. Contacted Amazon about this and they said it may take up to 48 hours to unlock! I guess it's their way of making me save money.
