      Like many of these machines 2030psi is max pulse pressure, working pressure is a lot less

      Pumps normally made of plastic for super cheap ones, or metal with plastic internals for middle priced ones and full metal or brass for higher end. Alot of the time they are sneaky with warranty and exclude the pump or give it a shorter warranty.

      Also key is the L/m figure also

        I assume full metal pumps last longer than full plastic ones? How come some manufacturer claim their plastic pumps last as long or longer than metal all pumps?

        As for the L/min figure, isn't less better so you're saving water per wash?

      In fact that is exactly why I would never buy ozito again. I purchased a similar unit a few years ago. There was ONE bolt/clip missing for an attachment. I returned to ask how to replace piece or best way to jerry-rig it. They happily accepted it as a return and said it would go straight to landfill.

      I bought the Ryobi and believe me it is absolute junk! Could not even lift young mildew off concrete, poor spray, pump keeps cycling. But I needed to access a polypipe below 400mm of clay and it struggled but just blew away the clay so the watersucker got it out. If you have mildew get one with a rattle nozzle!

    7L is absolutely file for washing the car or cleaning yard furniture.

    But if you clean decking or such, or strip paint ir mould, 9L is considered the minimum

      This is a 7L/min unit, the one you linked to is a 6L/min unit. Both pretty entry level and both are fine for washing the car.

        Max 7L is not your typical flow rate.

        It's the typical flow rate that counts, and for something this size, i'd say you'll be looking at 5-6L typical.

        The industry is full of bullshit. You'll find the better pressure washers quoting typical or minimum flow rates.

    I have this one. It's better than a hose but not great. While trying to power wash dirt from pathways, it only works if I put it in a focused stream. But like that it takes about 1 hour to clean 1m square.

    Still good for cleaning cars and destroying weeds between concrete slabs.

    Horrible power washer. Pump NEVER stops running and if you do release pressure after 1 minute it will quite literally explode as per the instructions. On top of that, there is nothing you can connect this with.

      Way too strong.
      With the wrong tip it can strip flesh.

      Also, 240v plug near a water source, is managable for adults, but kids "dont care" .

      This is a pressure washer, mate. Any pressure washer shouldn't be considered something for kids to play with. It can blind and cut fingers. Stick to a garden hose for their playtime.

    Bought one at original price, it's pretty powerful compare to my old Worx, so far after 9 months still running perfectly.
    And the 3yrs replacement warranty is a bonus.

          While the video recommends the Lavor adapter, I've been in touch with Bowdens Own customer support who suggested using
          BOADAPTER10.
          I've sourced this adaptor from Autobarn and i can confirm that it works well with the Bowdens Own Snow foam cannon and Ozito HPW-2030 pressure cleaner.
          The Lavor adaptor might fit but it's dimensions are longer. I compared then side by side. The BOADAPTER10 looks the same as the tip of the lance that connects onto the spray gun.
          Hope it helps anyone else looking for an adaptor.

      I also would like to know this. This is cheaper and also has better reviews but Ryobi generally has a 5 year replacement guarantee and usually a new for old swap

    What should I be looking for if I want to clean dirt off terracotta tiles and other textured surfaces? It seems like this isn't a good fit but are there any other recommendations?

      I used to pressure clean roofs to pay my bills when I was at uni. This would technically work but it'd take so long that by the time you finished it'd need doing again.

      If you want to clean your roof tiles hire a real one for a weekend: you want at least 12 lpm (20 is better) and a very long hose. I can't remember what PSI the unit I used had, but I'm guessing 4,000 plus. You will also want a wand that has the ability to relate water pressure. All of these things should be standard on a hired unit.

      Having said all that, if you're not familiar with them and not genuinely competent with their usage, you likely want to think about whether it's a good idea to acquire that skill up on a likely-slimy roof soaked in water whilst standing at an awkward angle trying to control a potentially bucking "life of it's own" stream of focused water. I'm not saying not to - I learnt by doing it - but be careful if that's the plan.

      If you only have a few to clean and it's on the ground… Well, personally I'd take them to the hire place and give them a 6 pack to clean them for me 😁 but if you're going to buy one, the petrol one is better. Just very noisy apparently.

      I used this clean the stormwater drain pipe, was not blocked but need to clean the sediment.

      I would not think this is a good idea for sewage though, it will make a mess. (unless it is outdoors).
      The water is directed backwards towards the hose.

    bought one of these last time. used it twice and the motor blew up. i think it sucked in some lose plastic moulding from the tank. We did get a full refund but then we had no pressure washer
