          It really depends how much you use. Lots of photos, games or just pure browsing? I bought it for my folks so 128gb is sufficient. There's no SD card slot so you can't increase using card.

    Trade In - $500 bonus discount

    You have to apply to do a trade-in to obtain this discount. That means downloading the trade-in app on an eligible phone, entering credit card details and getting the trade-in number to enter at checkout. You do not have to actually send it in when time comes.     Newsletter Signup - $50 MA code

    To some of you (who have been living under a rock like me), this is what I did:

    Step 1. Don’t bother with the $50 newsletter voucher. It won’t stack with the $100 loyalty voucher. The chat person was very clear on this. And also, told me to wait for the $50 voucher as he couldn’t provide it to me in chat.

    Step 2. Jump into live chat. Say:

    “A friend of mine got a $100 loyalty voucher to upgrade their Samsung phone and I was wondering if I can get a $100 loyalty voucher too?”

    This should work. I did it and got my voucher. Take a screenshot or copy the voucher code.

    Step 3. Download the Samsung Trade-Up and go through the tests. It will need your driver license. Also, with credit card, use your 4G network and not WiFi. A Trade-in code will be given to you. Copy this down. Note: I got $360 trade-in for a iPhone XS Max and will not send it in.

    Step 4. Go to the Samsung website, click the phone and spec you want. Add the Trade-In voucher. Just before checkout, add the $100 loyalty voucher.

    Step 5. Enter credit card details for payment. I paid $139, however, as I won’t be sending in my iPhone, I expect an additional $360 to be charged to my credit card. Therefore, the price for my new Samsung phone is $499 ($139 + $360).

      Newsletter code $50 (MA1-XX) and Chat Code $100 (EDS-XX) do stack. The $100 EDS-XX code does not stack with $200 CDS-XX, so I used just the CDS now to get $250 off. Final price was $249 - trade in value ($5 for an S8 which I wont send)

      They may have updated their T&Cs. I don't have the old one to compare to. But it looks like they may (now) charge the trade-in value of your phone, the $500 trade-in bonus and a $60 administration fee if you don't send in your phone.
