            If they allow you to trade the S8, you will get the extra $500 bonus. If no phone to trade you won't get the extra $500 bonus.

    I was interested in this deal last week (b4 the bonus $500 trade in) asked in chat about trading models damages ect. hoping for a voucher but was unsuccessful 😅 . Started with the trade in app just interested what credit Samsung would give (if anything) for my S9+ and it was $50

      They only want this for verification.. they don't actually charge you anything.. u need to complete this step to get your code to buy the new phone

    Just checked and the credit for my S20 Plus 128 gb was $310. When i checked the box with cracked screen (it has the tiniest crack), it changed the value to $30

      You'll still get the $500 tradein bonus. Then don't send your phone back and they'll charge you the $30. You'll likely get more selling it privately or even keep it as a spare.

            @Bruceflix: I've connected with Samsung Chat. They have mentioned "Yes, so if you don't return the old phone. The charge is the amount of the old phone + $60 admin free + $500 bonus."

            I asked him to confirm it with the team "Thanks. Yes, it's confirmed. Samsung will charge you the additonal bonus."

            They said they will be removing the word "may" to change to "will" be charged any additional bonus credit in the FAQ

            Sadly looks like they have tightened up their process recently

      Got one for my mum. Its very well built and I have no durability concerns. For her use it makes it through the day too. Flagship level processor makes it as smooth as anything.

    using visa Debit card gives you code but will never work, u have to use credit card with Visa. few said master card worked but not for me

        haha as if that'll make any difference. Last time they had the Fold 3 offfer, it was the same. It was impossible to connect to anyone on the chat as the chat just closes after waiting for 5-10 mins.

        If you are desperate to buy, I would suggest just buying without the code.

    Order processing now… so the final price exclude the trade in value was $1099-500-100-50=$449 not bad for a IPX8 256g fold phone, seems like plenty stock now, just wondering how much stock Samsung did for their foldable phone … over 66% off RRP is really impressive

    Not sure if I want to get another phone but man, its quite irresistible. So my S21 if I don't return it for trade in, valued $470, I will get charged to my credit card down the line? Because they applied to my check out, so now I only have to pay $129 after all bonuses applied. Plus the $60 admin fee too?

      I have the problem. my s21 is 470 too. but I cant use the vouchers (100, 50) with it as it exceeds the value of the flip. you will be charged 470 + 60 = 530

          It will have the same imei number so not sure can use 2nd time, unless the first code was used along ago and your were already changed the trade in value for non return. Unless others have used it in span of within 7 days, let me know.
