Resharing again after 6 months for those unaware of this workaround to score YouTube Premium at a fraction of the normal price (with full credit to HiDave for the original find).     I tried to follow the instructions - using expressvpn - but I'm getting 'R$20.90/month' different currency. Not Peso for which Argentina's currency is? Am I doing something wrong?

      Using Chrome browser with Incognito browser solved the trick. Mozilla Incognito browser did not work for me

        What billing address did you provide when you entered your credit card number?

        Did you enter your name and AU address or the random Argentina address after entering you ING card details for payments

        My credit card issue declined when I entered the Argentina address after the credit card details

    My expressVPN shows Brazilian real instead of Argentinian peso.. Couldn't find any means to fix it so decided to move to India for $2.30 as I just couldn't be bothered anymore. Oh, aside from 28 degree, I use a Bankwest CC works wonders as well with no foreign exchange fee.

    Running a few fire TVs with SmartTube Next. Between the normal ad blocking, 4K and sponsor block it’s fantastic for $59 (on sale)

    I’d have probably paid for ad free YouTube at $15 a year (not a month) but what open source apps do for free, and better, makes even these sorts of deals not even vaguely worth for me

    Problem while joining family group. Looks like you are in a different country from the family manager?

    Has anyone encountered this problem? Will changing location to Au on the AR account reset it to AU? BTW, VPN is off.

    Used the random address and the address was pickup correctly in the auto fill.

    Any clue why google is cancelling the transaction

        I was not concerned about the 6 cent but it was asking to enter a new payment method

        I solved the problem by first going into Google pay and verifying my credit card and then proceeding for payment.

    Been having issues getting this to work over the last half an hour now.

    First tried cyberghost VPN, then with Tunnelbear but each time I get stuck after entering my credit card details and a random Argentinian address. The errror message I get each time is:

    Your request failed. Make sure that your payment method info is correct or add a new payment method to your Google Account. Learn more [OR-CCSEH-05]

    I also tried changing country to Turkey, no luck either.

    I only have a VISA Debit if that's perhaps the issue? I also tried with a prepaid mastercard but no luck either.

      OP may want to add this this clarification to the original post

      First set up card with Google Pay and you must verify your card by following instruction on GPay
      Use your real name (name as card)
      Use Random Argentina Address

      I used Tunnelbear VPN and created a new Google Account just in case the account gets locked up
