Have been pretty happy with the OXO products ozbargain has convinced me to buy recently and saw this so grabbed it at half price. Details from the listing:
Oxo All-Purpose Scrub Brush combines two different types of bristles to conquer household chores. Perhaps the nicest feature about the brush is the raised handle that keeps hands and fingers away from soiled surfaces and cleaning solutions. The nonslip handle gives you great leverage when scrubbing, and allows you to exert a good deal of force without risking sore, stiff hands and knuckles.

Any reviews on how this compares to a $2-$3 scrub brush?

    • +4

This has 7000+ reviews. Kmart one has 13.
Go read them and make a decision.
Don’t wait for someone to make a youtube video for you to compare cheap brushes.

  • Best scrub things I’ve used, is these mesh things they sell at Daiso. They come in a 2 pack and they’re yellow and pink

Anyone know of a good nail brush? All the ones I see nowadays are very soft. I remember having one that was softish on the main part but had a few really stiff lines on the top part of the handle. It was great after having worked on the car coz the soft ones just don't get under the nails as well.

https://www.kmart.com.au/product/scrubbing-brush/3048320 have been using these for months. Dont see a reason to buy this overpriced plastic

People are legit addicted to amazon. Bezos must be loving it.

      • +2

I quite like Amazon. Though in the linked products for this brush (they've sold out of them), they have a Joseph Joseph toilet brush for $23.14. $23.14 for a used toilet brush! "Save with used - very good".

It does seem people will give Amazon money for all sort of crap just so they don't have to wander into that terrible shopping experience that is kmart.

Oh, I use amazon myself but I use my brain first. People love the easy quick buying experience but they’re addicted to the convenience.

        People are simply lazy

They don't care about ordering a lollipop, because it's free postage.

All the environment damage from excess packages is something Amazon will have to tackle soon enough.

      • This brand is just like laundry detergent, they constantly go half price, so in a sense the 'regular price' isn't really a price that anyone buys it at, just like I've only ever paid 1/2 price for OMO Ultimate even though I've been buying it for years, for me and probably most others the real price is 1/2 price, so don't reflex buy due to fear of missing out

      • The thing is, it comes to you, saving precious time.

I wish I could automate grocery shopping more, but alas I'm too tight and too picky.

    • Kmart ftw!!

    • Looks like the OXO one has much firmer bristles to the Kmart one.

      • You can determine bristle-firmness from a photo?

        • I think so in this case, yes.

  • Nice

I need to brush up on my cleaning products. Who's paying $20 (or $10) for a brush?

    • People with more money than sense.

  • Got the same (or near identical one) on sale at Coles for $6 yesterday.

  • Darn that looks like it would've been half decent for the shower.

  • I wanted one for the shower but mostly for the grout and ordered this https://www.amazon.com.au/OXO-Grips-Clean-Brush-Orange/dp/B0…
