I did this months ago and never received my egift card… Maybe I should give them a call.

    • took a while i dont know how to tell when or to keep track of it, but i got one already….

    • Same. Will call them today

    • Has it been 16 weeks?

      • Yes I received the funds back at the start of October. Why's that?

        • +1

turns out I received the gift card 16 weeks after the applying for the cash :)

  • Has everyone been getting their vouchers? I keep receiving offers and setting up but only ever received first voucher for offer in like June last year?

    • yes. but I had to contact them

  • +2

Is that net profit of 77.5?

    • yep if you borrow 2500 over 6 months

  • I had to email them for the gift card. Initially told me to check my junk box, told them didn't receive it and they sent it.

  • Is this targeted?

    • It is, but I’ve stopped getting them sent to me and now they are offered to me when i hit quick cash in the app

      • I only have PayAll on my app, cant find the Quick Cash

  • How often do people get these (or similar voucher offers)? I have had 10 in the past 12 months.

    • same. too often

    • every. single. month.

    • can you claim each month? lol

      • if you have credit/balance left, why not

  • My offer this month was for Quick Cash with a 2.99% interest rate :'(

  • So i can borrow cash for 6 months at 0.9%, get a $100 voucher and put that cash on my mortgage, saving ~2.5% for the 6 months?

    • You save more like 1.25% (half the full year 2.5%) offsets some of the pain of the 0.9%

  • will this hurt your credit score?

    • +3

No as no new application or credit check. It is just using up some of your available Citibank credit

  • I think this is targeted? I tried logging in to the app and could not find it to set it up.

    Only have citi Payall

    • You must receive email first if not then bye bye

  • targeted, no email, none in offer. then odd thing after logout, login again it showed "Technical Error Code: 404"

  • i took the offer months ago… finally got email say to redeem gc, with unique code.
done it, i picked coles but no egc yet after 2 weeks……. will follow up soon

    • +1

The coles egift card should appear right after you redeem the code

      • Hmm im pretty sure it wasnt. It says

Once redemption is completed, you will receive an email with your Digital Gift Card details within 24 hours of the order confirmation.

        • Mine said it will be emailed in a week, i redeemed this week

      • Last one I had took a day to arrive. All the others were just about instant.
