What’s with all the gigabyte cards being cheaper.
    We don’t want gigabyte lol

    • its Eagle, Eagle!!!

    • Eh nevermind. Go with scrimshaws one below.

      • Wouldn’t MSI Ventus be better than Gigabyte Eagle?

        • Ventus means wind in latin.

        • +3

Both are trash and so are the gaming/asrock/colorful. These aren't bargains they are budget gpu's with bad vrm's. Criteria wise a Daewoo being $50 cheaper apparently makes it a deal worth upvoting.

You wouldn't know what an Aorus/Strix/ftw+/red devil are looking at ozbargain lately. Retailers are only offering specials on their Daewoo cards not the good stuff.

Missing the Galax RTX 3080 12GB for $1250.

    • Yeah I want that too!

    • It will happen again, and lower. Just time.

Same Eagle card for $1249 https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/695679

12gb at this price or don’t bother

    • There are plenty of 3080 options around 1300 and a bit below.
      3080 at 1100 or 3080 12GB for under 1300, whichever comes first.

      • Re the 10GB or 12GB version, does the extra 2GB really make that much difference, considering the price difference? Asking for a friend.

        • +3

It's not just the extra 2GB, the clock speeds are different too. It's essentially almost an old Ti card - just google a review of it.

        • +1

12gb model has more CUDA cores too, it sits between a 10gb 3080 and a 3080ti in performance.

        • +1

It's definitely more powerful. The 10GB is already very capable though.

There are still nutjobs selling FHR 3080 for $2k on ebay, must be a goose….

  • +2

    How long till $500?

    • +5

About the time a 7080 comes out

      • +1

Waiting for 8080…lucky number in chinese…

Not horrible, but not any better than recent deals either

    • This was in reference to the original price posted. $1214 is more competitive.

eagle oc runs hot, i have one from OG techfast build, would prefer gaming OC at least

  • +8

Guys price adjusted, tried my best!

    • We are a very angry people. The only thing close to msrp 18 months after launch are these bottom of the barrel models asrock/coloful/ventus/eagle/gaming oc. Been the same behaviour for 3 months now.

Appreciate the work you're doing I guess. It's at least a whopping 3% cheaper than anywhere else.

This is the same msrp ($499 usd) as the RTX 3070 and came with an SSD. Yet there for some reason is currently a $300+ price gap between them

    • At least you tried to be competitive. I just think if you have that much buffer you can probably move it more and start the race to reasonable prices. Not sure why companies are holding prices. You might get the uneducated ones buy at these higher prices. But for most they are well aware if where prices should be and what they have been before.

      • +1

Why are you assuming its the retailers holding price, and not the suppliers?

  • op any deal on 3060?
