      Yes. I did check this. I tried entering the coupon and then didn't proceed with the transaction. Later on, I entered the same coupon and it accepts.

    A little late but anyone know if you can split the voucher or if it has to be used all in one transaction? They've got 2 xbox games I want for $5 each but only 1 is available for me with click and collect. So I was thinking about using $5 of the voucher to get that one c&c and then using the remaining $5 + $2 postage of my own to get the other in a separate order. Only I'm not sure if that'll work of if it's a one time use voucher no matter how much you spend. thanks

      Voucher is one-time use, I think. I spent less than $10 and the few cents left over just vanished. What if you have both games delivered, would shipping be more than $2?

    I don't know if this will be considered a hack since you have 28 days to use this voucher. if you purchase an items with, lets say 2 vouchers, then return it, they will give it back as a jbhifi voucher which would have longer expiry.. you combine multiple voucher and able to use it longer than 28 days..

      I could not use more than one voucher in one transaction. Never return a purchase with voucher used so not sure if they will refund a used voucher and extends the expiry.

        I did this with TGG and should be same process at JB. You can not use more than one voucher per transaction but if you bought 2 items with 2 transactions and 2 vouhers, and return them, they refund you back as another vouchers (physical vouchers), could be 2 jbhifi vouchers most likely, but at least longer than 28 days i presumed.. correct me if i am wrong here??

          I did ask for an exchange for another item within the next day and was told it had to go through as a refund and a purchase of another item without the $10 voucher! So no, if you make a refund the $10 voucher is forfeited.

        I did manage to do an exchange as I wanted something else when I went into the store to collect. My original purchase was $9.98 and I exchanged it for something that is $12.98. Had to pay the full difference ie 2 cents extra as they never refunded the voucher which made sense, I guess.

    Has anyone tried price matching in store and using this voucher? I know when you price match online they give you a coupon and can't use 2 coupons in the same transaction but wondering if you can get around this in store?

      I've price matched online a few times (latest being yesterday) and I've never had it be a coupon … I used the $10 perks voucher on top of the price match price just fine.

    The JB perk does not necessarily expiry today.
    It expires 28 days after the day you signed up.
    I just signed up now, and got a $10 voucher expires on Saturday, 2nd Jul 2022.

    FYI, the voucher doesn't appear to expire after the stated 28 days. I received mine on 12th May, email says expired 9th June. I successfully purchased something using it today 11th June. No idea how long past the stated expiry it would work but if you've forgotten to use yours and the stated expiry has past it might be worth a try anyway.

    Discovered that for a phone number you can only claim it twice on the Perks program, before it says that you have used it too many times. Found that out by registering multiple different email addresses, and using two different mobile numbers.

    Got a $19 PS4 game down to $9, and then used the $10 BWS gift card to get it for free! :D

        Two for each phone number, somehow they track even if you unregister your mobile number, JB Perks, delete your address etc. So I'm guessing it's tied to the mobile number itself.

                  @adrianhughes1998: apparently some guy in the other post said EB games is doing 50% on top of the trade in value as a bonus so if that's still on I can buy with the voucher, call of duty vanguard on ps4 for $9, and the trade in value is at $28 + $14 (50% bonus), so $42 total which would make me an ozbargain elite in a day.

    In case anyone's wondering - you can't refund the purchase (perhaps obvious), which might make exchange quite painful.
    I had to change the size of t-shirts which would normally be refund-repurchase but since that could not be done the staff had to spend some time to make it happen

    For anyone wondering I've hit the limit. Six redemptions in total.

    After getting six orders (two for each different mobile number using different email addresses), I've gotten my order cancelled within a minute or two of ordering.

    Must be linked to my physical address because even though you can order it online and you don't have to enter payment details, you still have to enter your home address as ID.

      you should try with different address, if it's pickup. it won't matter as it's not being posted. If you use passport as an example, no address details on it. So i wonder if they match up addresses on pickup.

      There's really nothing much i really need, since they changed the terms, i can't even buy belong sim cards with it anymore.
