I used the Green Curry Lemongrass pack last week with fresh stirfry mix from Coles + hard Tofu.. First, and probably last, time I cooked with Tofu. Chicken would have been a lot better.
It was very spicy. I enjoyed it, but the wife couldn't stomach it. Just a heads up!
Tofu is amazing and so versatile! Plus it doesn't cause unimaginable suffering to innocent beings ❤️

Got mine the other day. Red curry kaffir lime. Cooked up a quick stirfry with tofu and frozen veg, it was very tasty and decent level of spice. Will take them up on the $5 giftcard offer too. See how their curry paste compares to Maesri.

Note that the offer referred to 210g sizes but I doubt there'd be any issues if you buy the 230g or 240g varieties.
