    Tracked email received at 3am this morning (purchased yesterday morning). Paid the $49, ie no trial as I’d already had a previous trial, but tracking email still saying $0 cashback? As I have no trial period to wait til it’s finished for the tracking to change to $40, I’m hoping it’s just the transaction “still to be confirmed” by eBay as the rep says above. Will keep an eye on it..

    Mine hasn't tracked either, returning Plus member so no trial, been about 24hrs but usually my ebay tracking takes at least 24hrs, pretty sure I've seen it take more than 48hrs on a few occasions.

      When I use a promo code on ebay that's not listed, it always comes up as calculating then changes to denied, I go through cashback sites even when using an unlisted code as I have had unlisted codes work and approved, so if code is better than cashback I still go through cashback just in case, if cashback is better I don't use unlisted codes. Every Ebay purchase that tracks as calculating always gets denied for me.

        I was a plus member a year or more ago. Rejoined using Chrome (with Shopback buddy saying it had access, but was red instead of green), clicked on the Shopback webpage's link for the offer that combined it with the $20 voucher (which was instant). Have emails from eBay saying i'm a member and also a tax invoice (paid with Credit Card - charged $48.99), but nothing from Shopback as yet, and i'd say it'd be close to the 48 hour mark.

        A bit of a worry. Hope this doesn't become a similar mess like the CommBank Reward for eBay that charged me twice then eBay cancelled my membership and got no rewards for all that hassle.

      So far nothing tracked dude,

      I also just realized I am missing Bonus cashbacks from 3 other purchases too, Not that impressed.

      But at least this time I made sure to do a screen recording of the entire session, I activated Both eBay AU, and eBay plus membership $20 voucher links from Shopback before signing up to eBay plus.

      So far only gotten the $20 signup voucher, nothing else.

      My only hope now is that tracking got delayed due to SB only reporting around 9 am in mornings as the case has been multiple times in past

    I have stopped using shopback for some time because of many of transactions were not tracked
    even submitting claims they were still declined or not honoring the special rate
    I have a very strong feeling this will be the case too

      Try ask eBay to give you the voucher as if you clicked that banner link but by some reason it didn't track your click. Only knowing that you are aware of these $20 voucher promo, but haven't received any, they should give the voucher to you.

    I did this through the Shopback app which directed me to the eBay app to sign up. It's showing in my eBay that I have membership for the year but Shopback app is still just showing as 'Clicked' on click activity and no cashback as of yet - this was just over 48 hours ago now.

    53 hours since I purchased the eBay Plus Membership on Chrome with the Shopback buddy having access to the site (but didn’t show up as green), still nothing tracking.

    How do I report it as missing if I clicked multiple times for eBay Membership and which order ID do I enter? I only have email reference IDs for the Welcome to eBay Plus and a different one for the eBay Plus Invoice.

    Will be super shattered if we don’t get the $40 cashback!

    Edit : Only just submitted a Missing Cashback request and seconds later I get an email and then a notification on the app with $0.00 is being tracked. Um okay. That was fast or automated? Doesn’t necessarily mean I’ll get the $40? Not cheering yet!

    Been over 48 hrs, 53 hrs to be exact, got no email confirmation from eBay either.
    no tracking, not even at $0, have full screen recording of the purchase.
    So pissed

    Making report is so ****** as well, how the heck i upload any proof there when only proof i have is screen recording, no email confirmation or order ID etc. ?
