  • What are the activation dates?

    • Hi Yoopy. If you are purchasing a Starter Pack with bonus data (e.g. Large 30 Day), you will need to activate it by the 31st of May 2022.
      All others have a standard 365 Day activation date from the date of purchase, meaning you will have to activate it within a year of purchase.

    Don't expect any response from customer service. No one will answer call. No one will reply email or on social media for 4-5 days

    • Not true. Been with them the last 8 years at least and calls have always been answered. Or live chat works too. All problems were sorted. Yes based in India, but they even talk about Aussie weather with me. Top notch customer service in my experiences.

  • Don’t forget that usually Woolies has the small 180
    Days for $50 (and if you have 10% off will cost only $45). Those packs have 2-3 years expiry dates on them.

    • Hmm seems like the last time was a month ago

      But this weeks special is the Vodafone 150gb 12 months @ $125

      • My Woolies seems to have that offer very often (unless they forget to take off the sign).

    • I had a small 180GB 6-month pack that had expiry date in 2024. When I went to activate it, they said it was not valid.
      I had to buy a $2 sim and activate that, then they transferred the credit. Took about 10 hours to port a number over from Kogan.

    bought a lebara starter kit. tried to activate said not recognised. tried to webchat no fix. would never bother with them again even it is for free
