      So yeah the bonus is still valid even if you use an invalid promo code, but to get cashback on the order itself as well as the bonus, only use codes we have listed on our site.

    Just make sure to make screenshots/screen record so you have the evidence guys even if the transaction is over their app guys! because I've been telling them that the gift card promo disappeared and I have no way to recollect it back, that they could even check my account info for proof and they kept trying to change the topic or avoid the answer by telling me that I can buy the gift card under the tab

    Purchased an item via The Iconic this morning - the item has since been sent out, but it still hasn't tracked with Shopback. Consistently having to submit missing cashback claims with Shopback - terribly unreliable.

      If nothing comes through within 48 hours, submit a claim and our CS team will sort it out for you.

    Hey gyb. Similar story here. Purchased from Amazon yesterday (0% cashback) with item posted and only showing in my click activity. Normally shows as 'calculating' in cashback activity. Should I report a missing cashback on the transaction if the $3 doesn't come through? Cheers.

      If you purchased a 0% category item, that's perfectly fine.
      The email is just saying it's ineligible for the default Cashback.

      Your $3 Challenge might have updated.
      Head over to our App & tap on 'Earn More', then check under 'Ongoing' or 'History' to see if it's visible there :)
