They are good for the price, being Bluetooth cans.

    • How did you find the comfort? I tested them in store and found the pads were quite a close fit and I dont have large ears. Sound seemd OK from what I recall though.

They fit for me but does touch my ears as the cups are narrow. Sound was pretty average. Very distant as the pads are so thick. Catered for dance/techno I think. Not much mids.

Got these from JB for $150 2 years ago now, still going strong and very pleased with them.

I got them for my brother on that deal 2 years ago, and he has been using them since. Only thing he complained about was the pads, he wanted bigger more comfortable ones. So, I got him these pads back in 2020 and he has been happy with them:

Perforated ones leak a bit of sound out, the non- perforated ones are more suitable for closed.

    • Same, bought a couple years ago. Use them a couple times a month. For the price pretty good! Sound they're as you'd expect, okay.

I own a set of these, had them for almost 12 months, I'm very satisfied with them.

I have the 450SE (450/458BT update) and it's pretty decent for less than half the cost of a Sony 1000xm4. Mic is terrible though

    • +2

To be fair though, it’s about 1/3 the sound ability of the xm4, and about 1/3 the comfort.

Upvoted just for the op avatar 😉

Thanks OP. Just bought two with the $250 gift card I paid for $200. So…paid $220 for the value of $600!

Me and my best mate got these, the fit took months to get used to, before that it was constant pain and fatigue when using them for any amount of time. We both had the same experience.

  • I will now look for similar headphones (Bluetooth, over-the-ear) for heavy metal / alternative music, as a present to someone. Any suggestions, ozBargain audiophiles? The budget is <$250

Something like sennheiser PXC 550 ii sound good with metal with some eq. a 3-5 db bass shelf from 120 hz improves it a lot

      • Thank you.

  • my gf has this one and I have wore them a couple of times, would not recommend. Very uncomfortable, cheap feeling, audio is flat, and the connection was dodgy.

  • Very uncomfortable design, wouldn't recommend. I think the TaoTronics BH090 for $59 is the most underrated and best value bluetooth headphone out there.

    • Now at $47.19 with PLSAVE20.

  • I wear it on my chin instead of head.
