    just wondering, how it can be cheaper from buying direct > for eg, MEL- KUL via Mas website is about $1.4k but via yours, its only $866 ?

      There’s a whole bunch of things with how flight pricing and bulk/wholesale airfare sales work meaning that you can find pricing from third party seller to be cheaper than what is on the airlines website

      Interestingly I used to find my travel agent (who is now retired) to be consistently cheaper than going direct to the airlines

      If you find a wholesale price, your better off taking it to a bricks and mortar agent for a price match.

      Good luck getting refunds on some of these international third party sellers.

        This is not true at all.

        It's sometimes more.expensive and sometimes not.

        Low cost airlines for example don't offer discounts to the aggregators. Domestic flights are never cheaper elsewhere. And plenty of fate classes will not be cheaper.

      Singapore Air has done the same. Nickel and diming when selecting seats upon checking in online. Just had a family of 10 visit me, and they were complaining about the lacklustre service from SQ.
