What's the order minimum these days for coles express? I saw coles is up to $30 on dash pass now.

Depends on the store. I think dash started removing items from coles, when a dasher reports it as out-of-stock.
So TP was showing the day i posted this, it was gone yseterday,and today its back for me.
good deal on the TP. my max discount was $15 off (not just $10).
Works out as 72 rolls for $24
They got Bluetooth headphones for $30 as well otherwise I can't see anything else other than toilet paper or milk that I could consider a good offer. They even put ice coffee for $8
Tissues are OK price after 40% off.
