  • Reviews are good but everyone says it's heavy (410g) which is a dealbreaker for me.

    • +20

$0.04 gram vs $1.51/gram for the Airpods Max(386g).

Great work out for my neck at a bargain price.

  • +5

    I DIDN'T NEED THIS I JUST DIDN'T

    • +3

      So bought one?

      • +21

    • +2

      What?

    • +3

      where is it $14

    • +1

      Seems to be about $30

    • +1

      But they're in ears?

    • +5

You need RGB not sound quality for gaming.

    • +2

But the Chu's are in-ear, why even make the comparison?

      • +1

        They both make sound.

        • +4

So do 2 sticks from the garden….. And they are free.

  • this or the $30 Razer Kraken?

    • where is it $30?

      • +6

Well, it's quite simple. You just need to wait for an eBay 20% off sale, a coupon code from an email, a cash rewards sale, gift cards on sale, visit a shaman, Ayahuasca, the stars to align in a once in millennia event, a blue moon, sacrifice your first born, follow a 1337 step process… and only then will you be able to purchase at the stated price.

        • excellent. thanks for the tip, true mvp always in the comments section. I shall wait.

  • +1

mic is great for $15 and it looks nice too, sure its far from perfect but for less than 1 hour of work after tax for most people this is quite a lot of value
my headset/headphone count is well into the double digits now lol

  • +1

So you pay for the delivery and get a free headphone ;)

  • Easy bday present for my boy.

  • Super cheap!

  • -8

    It’s $14.72 . After coupon applied

AU$ based on current Mastercard rate.

Hence why I put this and ~ symbol which means approx for the AU rate. I base it off the current exchange rate since both the BG website and PayPal conversion will be wrong. If you have a currency conversion free card added to PayPal, pay in USD, then set PayPal to bill that card in USD and you'll get the exact exchange rate or close within cents.

This applies to all other overseas purchases and been the case here for years.

Negging would be an invalid reason.

      • FWIW I just paid with my Bundll mastercard in USD and have been billed $14.53 as OP said…

  • +1

RGB where it can’t be seen, the world is mad. May buy anyway, lol.

    • Makes you look cool to other people :P

  • They aren't technically 7.1 surround - that's the USB version.

    These are just headphones.

  • Am I right in thinking it's not 7.1 surround sound via 3.5mm Jack, only USB?

    • Probably… And it really isn't 7.1 even with USB (not at this price) … Probably Just software shenanigans…

    • It's 'simulated' 7ch

    • Wondering the same how 3.5mm do 7.1

  • +2

According to this review I think I'll give it a miss

Why don't people care about sound quality? You're basically buying landfill.

    • -3

I get my landfill from the neighbours wheelie bin. Unsure why you're buying some? Do they sell it by the spade load?

    • +4

Children usually won't appreciate the difference between a $15 headset and a $300 that much.

    • +3

can confirm, you see things like this (looks 90% similar, pretty sure from the same factory) once in a while at tk maxx or other bargain stores.

I tried a pair when it was down to $5, because at that point, why not.

turned out free airplane earbuds equivalent of headphones, straight into the bin.

  • +4

I have one from a previous deal, and it is heavy. My neck took a while to get used to wearing it.

The end plug actually splits into mic and headphone, and comes with an adapter that combines them into 1 x 3.5mm. However, the adapter broke and I haven't been able to find a cheap replacement yet.

As far as I can tell, the USB is purely for the RGB, I used mine without it plugged in.

Lasted about 6 months or so. No issues with quality of either headphone or mic. The box it came in was very beaten up… but product was intact.

  • Seems to still be active. Just bought one with the same discount code for the price metioned.

  • no more AU stock? its showing delivery cost from China or USA

    • worked from desktop. Got it around $11

  • Thanks Clear, picked it up for $8.83 with the new user discount stacked on top 👌

There appears to be another 140 units added and the coupon code is still working too

  • i'll preface this as an owner of x2hr open backs and moondrop chu's IEM, i got these yesterday and they aren't too bad before EQ and after EQ they become quite decent for the price
one con is that it takes both input and output AUX as well as a USB for the lights. also the mic is a little low volume wise and it doesn't quite stick to the shape that you want it to be
    quick delivery as well
