Received the email below on my Coles No Annual Fee Card. Not sure if was sent to me for some specific reason (e.g. lack of recent use) or if it's a general offer to all current cardholders.

  I received one for my Rewards Mastercard for spend in February through May, still waiting for the gift card to arrive… they've got about four weeks before the ten weeks in which it is to arrive runs out, but.
