      can someone confirm if they mean that this balance must be used by 31 Aug? or just that it's credited to an account by then?

      I didn't notice until after I bought it that it has to be redeemd by 31st August AND it will appear in your account within 48 hours of purchase. What the actual!? I'm pretty unimpressed by this shopback shennanigan.

    I bought few of kogan smart home items and half of them dead just after warranty period finished .. never again..

      There was an article on Kogans losses in today's age. Nearly every commenter added their own bad personal experiences, in the comments.
      One person nailed it. They said: adding your own brand name to chinese junk products is no recipe for long term success and it certainly doesn't make you a genius.
      Kogan will most likely die off as Australian Amazon rises.

    Shipping charges are very high in Kogan. I don't know the use of Kogan first as they don't offer free shipping for a lot of items even with that.
